The apartment has a large, private south-facing balcony with lounge furniture and dining area. Weber gas grill in the garden, and shared with any tenants in the annex. There is a bedroom, bathroom and a large living room with kitchen and living room. Private entrance at the back of the house. In the hallway, there is room for shoes and outerwear and here a winding staircase leads up to the apartment. Smart TV, Chromecast, Bluetooth speaker and Wi-Fi.

Quiet surroundings.
The apartment is 14 sqm and is a large room with a double bed and a sofa bed that can be folded out. There is an outdoor kitchen with water and barbecue (THERE IS ONLY WATER OUTSIDE). In the apartment there is a small kitchenette with 2 hobs, coffee maker, electric cooker and microwave. The bathroom and toilet are located next to the apartment. YOU HAVE TO GO OUTSIDE TO GET INTO THE TOILET. It is 1.6 km to the city center and 1.9 km to the beach. Linen package with towels can be purchased for DKK 80 per package.
