Our architect-designed A-house was built in 1971. Back then, it was surrounded by fields and meadows. Today, you still have a view of the scenic Old Skagen with dunes and meadows from the bedroom. At the same time, it is only 300 meters to the North Sea. In the summer season, Old Skagen is a well-visited tourist destination, but the house is set back, so it is still possible to enjoy the holiday in private surroundings. A very nice cottage with a good atmosphere. Colorful and things chosen with care. The bed is good. There is no shower inside, but only outside, but with hot water in a closed shower section. No TV and internet, but close to the beach, and you can hear the North Sea about 250 meters away. Close to the finest sunsets. Large terrace, part of which is covered. Lots of land. From the grocery store's driveway, drive directly to the cottage with parking right outside the door. Beach and forest are within walking distance and the nearest towns are Hirtshals, Hjørring, and Sindal and Skagen only 35 km from here. There is an electric charging station at the Spar Grocery Store.
