Sit in the living room and enjoy the view of the sea, use the outdoor spa with the same view, or go down to the basement and play billiards or watch a good movie.

Beautiful mini-house in the extension of our own house in a quiet residential area, 250 meters from a nice, child-friendly beach, 20 minutes from Aarhus by car. Slow down in the quiet surroundings and let our tiny house welcome you with warm colors and cozy, quality-conscious decor. There is light and spaciousness with room for singles/couples and small families. The home has a fully equipped kitchen with, among other things, a dishwasher and a washer/dryer. In addition, a nice bathroom with beautiful tiles, underfloor heating and rain shower.

Our cottage is located in lovely Skæring, only 12 km from Aarhus C. On the other side of the road is a small forest and the beach and sea 700 meters from the house. The cottage is very bright with sliding doors from the kitchen, living room and a bedroom out to the large wooden terrace with pizza oven, gas grill and garden furniture. There is a lovely outdoor spa and trampoline in the garden. There are a total of two rooms in the house with double beds (160 cm wide). Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place.

Relax in this charming and cozy cottage in scenic surroundings at Skæring beach close to Aarhus C: -300 meters to Skæring beach (2 paddle boards) -15 min. drive to Aarhus C. - 30 minutes to Mols Bjerge - Good shopping opportunities nearby The cottage is surrounded by a nice large terrace with dining table (heat lamps), large grill and a 6-person outdoor spa that is warm all year round. There are two bedrooms (double beds) and three sofas in the living room. The house has a heat pump and wood stove.

Tiny House Lindebo er et lille hyggeligt sommerhus. Huset er placeret i en hyggelig have, med en dejlig overdækket sydvendt terrasse. Der er 200 meter til busstoppested, hvorfra bussen køre til Aarhus C. Naturen omkring huset byder både på hyggelig skov og 600 m fra huset ligger der en virkelig dejlig badestrand. Kaløvig Bådehavn ligger under en km fra huset. I huset er der spise og soveplads til 4 personer. Håndklæder, viskestykker, dyner, senge linned og brænde til den hyggelige brændeovn.

hyggelig, nyere træhytte med køkken m. køleskab, mikrobølgeovn og kogeplade, el-miniovn. Gulvvarme i hytten. Toilet, dusch med varmvandsbeholder 30l, (kort dusch) Dobbeltseng, sofa, spisebord, lille terasse. Tv og wifi. Hytten ligger i haven tæt ved vores hus. Vi bor uden for landsbyen Hjortshøj i skovkanten og tæt på motorvejen. Hunde er velkomne. Udlejes med sengelinned og håndklæder. Afstand til Århus 12 km, til off. transport 600m. Hytten egner sig ikke til længerevarende ophold.

Cosy holiday home near Aarhus and 200 m from the beach

Slap af med familien i vores fredfyldte sommerhus tæt på stranden. Huset er på 60 m² og indeholder to værelser, badeværelse samt et lyst køkken/alrum i åben forbindelse med stuen. Udendørs finder I to fantastiske terrasser, hvor solen kan nydes hele dagen, samt en dejlig lukket have med god plads til afslapning og leg. Sommerhuset ligger på vandsiden, kun 200 meter fra Skæring Strand. Med nem adgang til både Aarhus og Djursland er huset det perfekte udgangspunkt for en god ferie.

Super cozy and homely annex/mini-summer house with a small terrace out front. The annex is located 250 meters from the water, where you will find a beach with a jetty. It is 20 m2 and has a cozy terrace and lawn that invites you to have a lot of fun and games. The annex consists of a bathroom and a combined bedroom/living room/kitchenette in one. There is a private entrance to the wooden terrace, where the summer sun can be enjoyed in the relaxing surroundings. TV with chromecast.

In beautiful Skæring 15 km north of Aarhus is our cozy old architect designed cottage. Here you get nostalgia and comfort in a class by itself . The house has two bedroom , bathroom with tub. Separate toilet. Kitchen with stove , fridge / freezer and dishwasher. In the lovely bright living room are comfortable leather furniture and a cozy rocking chair. Beside the house is a small path leading to one of the best beaches in Aarhus region.

This home is located on the water side in the lovely Skæring beach. The garden is undisturbed which allows for lovely moments in the garden. With bus connection to Aarhus only 100 meters from the house and both shopping facilities and boat harbor within 2 km, the location is top notch.
