Timber cabin on Sjusjøen

Pleasant log cabin, which is located a bit by itself in a cabin area. There is a lot of space inside and outside. The cabin has a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher. There is plenty of space for parking right outside. At Sjusjøen there is a great hiking area all year round. In summer/autumn there are many opportunities to walk and cycle on roads and trails. In winter, there are fabulous ski slopes and opportunities for downhill skiing and sledding in Sjusjøen ski resort. Activities such as canoeing, horse riding, dog sledding, kiting, and more are offered.

The cabin is called Vesla. It is centrally located on Sjusjøen.

Cozy cabin perfectly located in a winter/summer area. You can sit on the porch to watch the cross-country stadium, to go straight out into the Birkebeiner track or out on great hiking trails. Short distance to Kiwi, sports shop, pub and restaurant. There is a safe and nice walking path right from the cabin. Otherwise, there are many activities that take place during the year. The kitchen is well equipped with fridge/freezer/dishwasher. The bathroom contains a combined washing machine/dryer. Gas grill and wood burning stove are available. Apple TV and fiber.

The ski trails are right outside the door, and hiking trails are available all year round. A perfect place for mountain tranquillity without giving up comfort.

Cottage by mountains and water near Sjusjøen/Lillehammer

Cozy decor and well equipped with good beds, kitchen, bathroom and shower. To Sjusjøen cross-country skiing 8 km drive, to Hafjell/Hunderfossen Adventure Park 30 min, and Sjusjøen alpine for families only 10 min. Lillehammer city center 15 mins. Evening and Sunday open grocery store Mesnali 3 min. Bed linen and towels can be rented and must be pre-booked - price NOK 250/£20/€25 per set. Feel free to bring your own. We offer sleigh rides and ski instruction on cross-country skiing in the winter, please contact us if you are interested.

A great starting point for skiing & mountain trails

This cabin is a great starting point for hiking in the mountains. It is located 900 meters above sea level. Walk straight out into mountain trails or unique ski slopes. Or just relax on the terrace or in front of the fireplace. It is 250 meters until you are on mountain trails, and 100 meters to the ski slope. The store is 1.8 km away in summer and 3.4 km in winter. The cabin has fantastic views and sun all day with a magnificent sunset. There is also a private ski storage for those who want to wax skis. There are 8 beds and a baby bed.

Sjusjøen's ski slope network starts about 50 meters from the cabin. For alpine pleasures, there is a short drive to Sjusjøen Ski Center and a 35-minute drive to Hafjell Alpine Center. In summer, there are great hunting/fishing opportunities and great hiking areas. Also used for visits to Hunderfossen Family Park. Office desk in two of the bedrooms. Double bed and bunk bed in all bedrooms provide flexibility. Free parking for four cars. Bring towels/linen, can be rented for a fee. Wireless internet. Quiet surroundings. Good standard

Centrally located on Sjusjøen, good sun conditions, views

Great log cabin with 3 bedrooms and 8 beds for rent. Completely renovated in 2020. Free electric car charger (type 2, 25A), high-speed internet, satellite dish with many channels (including free Viaplay), washing machine, fire pan, board games. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, coffee machine (must buy Dolce-Gusto capsules), kettle ++. The cabin is south-west facing with good sun conditions and great views. There are duvets and pillows in the cabin, but you need to bring your own bedding and towels.

New cosy family cabin 50m from the ski trail

New 4-bedroom family cabin, built in 2025, is perfectly located right on the best prepared early snow trail between Sjusjøenskistadion and Kroksjøen lake. A winter Eldorado. Placed in a quiet area above Sjusjøen center, close to Kroksjøen lake, with great snow conditions and a beautiful view of the mountain river from the living room. Scenic surroundings with fantastic hiking and biking opportunities in the summer. Sleeps up to 8 and fits perfectly for 2 families with children or active adults.

An architect-designed micro-cabin with a smart layout, high quality and panoramic views. The cabin has a fully equipped kitchen, modern bathroom, fireplace, underfloor heating and five good beds. Stable fiber internet makes it perfect for cabin office. Ski in/out to cross country and alpine, terrace and a small balcony, electric car charger, two parking spaces and year-round road all the way. Sjusjøen offers one of the best trails in the country as well as great summer activities.

Design cabin near Sjusjøen

Wake up to the low morning sun over the marsh and panoramic views to the south. The cabin is located high and completely undisturbed, with many windows that let nature in. Modern Nordic design, three bedrooms and all the comforts such as espresso machine, dishwasher and warm zones for coziness. The cross-country ski trail starts just below the cabin, here you are connected to Sjusjøen's unique trail network. Great hiking opportunities are right outside the door.
