Convenient solution with water tank and water heater and pump with direct water supply for shower and sink in the bathroom, as well as sink in kitchen.

Charming farmhouse for rent. Location at Hafjell in the immediate vicinity of Pellestova and Ilsetra, in an area with good opportunities for activities for the whole family. In spring, summer and autumn there is a road all the way up to the cabin. The cabin is located in a cozy farmland with great hiking trails right nearby and with a short distance to Hafjell (2 km to drive to Gaiastova which is the closest starting point for alpine skiing). In winter, you have to walk about 250 meters on skis or snowshoes from a free parking lot.

To Sjusjøen cross-country skiing 8 km drive, to Hafjell/Hunderfossen Adventure Park 30 min, and Sjusjøen alpine for families only 10 min. Lillehammer city center 15 min. Evening and Sunday open grocery store Mesnali 3 min. Bed linen and towels can be rented and must be pre-booked - price NOK 250/£20/€25 per set. Feel free to bring your own. The cottage Bestebu is located in Sjusjøens finest cabin area, Heståsmyra. It was built in 2021, with high quality and contains everything you need. The location is unique - on large large and airy plot 920 meters above sea level, with sweeping views with no view from others. The cabin next door is rarely in use at the same time as renting, so it is quiet and peaceful. Put on your skis and slide 50 meters down to one of the world's best trail networks, or hike or bike on paths in the summer. Warm welcome!

Walking distance to the river Lågen, for swimming and fishing, walking trails, and short distance to the Øyer mountains known for the many cross country ski tracks in the winter, and mountain bike and hiking trails in the summer.

Fantastic view from the living room/kitchen and terrace towards Sjusjøvannet.
