Monthly Rentals in Sivota

Just what we needed. Easy access to village and sea front. Nice quiet location. Sofia was lovely, and the apartment spotless.

We had a lovely stay at this home! It’s wonderfully located at the end of a long bump track, close enough to Sivota for dinner, drinks and ice cream. Definitely need a car to get around but once you’re at the house you have a stunning infinity pool, a private path down to the sea and a hot tub. It’s quiet, calm and has a lot of character. Make sure to get a food, coffee and wine shop before you arrive with all the essentials. We’d love to come back again! Our second time in Sivota and this was a brilliant base. We were 4 adults and 4 children / babies!

We had a wonderful week in George's villa, starting with a warm welcome from his lovely mum who showed us around. We were then left in peace for the rest of the trip, although George always responded quickly when we sent him questions. The villa is even nicer than the pictures, great AC and plenty of towels. It is atop a hill, with no other villas or roads close by, so you're not overlooked and the view is breathtaking. We didn't hear traffic noise or even dogs barking at night, you feel tucked away in your own private space. The pool is perfect, and stays really clean thanks to the infinity design. The loungers are comfy with the grapevine shade. We used the outdoor BBQ and sat out on the terrace every day, though if you're eating outside you will attract some flies. The location is rural, so there were lots of bugs outside and occasionally inside - not a problem, but something to be aware of and bring insect repellent! There are screens on doors and windows to keep them out.

We couldn’t have enjoyed our stay more. The villa is beautiful and the view is incredible. Every little detail is well thought out and the finishes are all excellent. It was more than spacious enough for seven of us. As the other reviews mention, the hill up to the villa is very steep so a car is definitely needed although the walk was a good workout each day. It also means the view is insane. Barbara’s recommendations were 10/10 and she made everything very easy and relaxing :)
