Villa holiday rentals in Sivota

We had a great time. The property was spacious, well appointed and extremely clean. It easily accommodated six adults, the pool was lovely and having the beach and two great tavernas so easily accessible was a real treat. Would love to come back one day.

We rented this villa is Corfu for four retired couples. It is a beautiful place in a great location. The pictures are very accurate. The beach at the house is not a sand beach but there are public beaches near by. We loved being near the village of Benites and only 30 minutes from old town Corfu. The house is beautiful and well furnished. The pool overlooking the water has lots of seating and umbrellas. We spent most mornings outside reading and looking at the sea. We rented a nine passenger van that was a bit of a challenge getting in and out of the villa drive but still doable. Get a smaller vehicle if possible. Staff member Gino was responsive to all of our needs and very helpful in making recommendations of things to do. The people in this village treat you like family within a few days. We felt like the Texans of Corfu. We left a piece of our heart there.

We spent 10 nights at Villa Agrili, and we enjoyed every second. The location of the property is fantastic, the house itself exactly as described. The villa is secluded at the end of a private lane. You look out into the greenery and feel the sea is close enough to touch. Panos is a very good host who helped immediately with a small problem. I would highly recommend to friends and family!

We absolutely loved our stay in Lefkada! We went during the shoulder season and enjoyed empty beaches, beautiful views by the pool, and warm hospitality from our host. The house was spotless and perfect for our large family. The surrounding area is private, but there are plenty of restaurants, etc just a short drive away. Multiple beaches can be accessed within minutes. Our host responded immediately to all our questions and allowed us to have a flexible check-in since we were arrive later in the evening. Highly recommend a stay here!

We were very lucky to be able to spend a week in Kostas' fantastic beach house and what can we say... It was more than a stay, it was an arrival. Kostas is not just a host, he is a person with a heart, where you can feel from the first moment that it is his vocation to make life more beautiful for others. The house itself leaves nothing to be desired. well thought-out, lovingly furnished, in a perfect location. There's nothing missing. And yet it gives so much: peace, beauty, closeness to nature and this rare feeling of a real home away from home. We enjoyed the island, the light, the sea and this accommodation to the fullest... a week full of lightness, sunshine and grateful silence. If there were 10 stars, we would give them. And come back. Absolutely.

Heaven on earth! The location is quite breathtaking and the villa is perfectly positioned to be near enough to Spilla Port but remote to enjoy a peaceful holiday. We had a rib for most of our stay which I would thoroughly recommend as having the private beach and option for mooring made for a perfect holiday. The villa is in need of a bit of updating in places and could be better provisioned but this did not spoil our holiday in any way. The owners communicated really well and helped solve any issues that arose and we would stay again in a heartbeat!

The pictures do not do it justice. The inside space is much bigger than it appears and is absolutely stunning. The views outside were incredible and there are areas to cool off in the shade and bask in the sun. A perfect location to go and visit local attractions like Fiskardo, Myrtos beach, and Assos. We would highly recommend Alati restaurant just a few minutes away. Thank you to Nikolas for sharing this stunning property and we will definitely hope to return soon.

Gerasimos was always very quick to respond to all our questions. Particularly our questions on local tavernas. He went out of his way to arrange food for our first night, he recommended a great driver and vehicles and supported us with transfer details. The rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable. Fantastic views from the villa and amazing sunsets. Great play area in the semi basement for the family with their young children… only shame no windows but the description states that. Kitchen area was a little small but we managed it. We had a fabulous week with the family… and would definitely return!!

We enjoyed the most wonderful stay at Milos paradise villas. Spiros was there ready for us to check in and always on hand to help us with anything during our stay. The pictures do not do this place justice, we could have sat on the terrace all year and not become bored of the view. It is a stunning place to wake up every morning & the sunset is to die for. We loved the locality to Agios Nikitas where you will find small shops and family tavernas, the private access to Milos Beach and the parking at the top of the site for our car. Cannot recommend this place more and we will definitely be back! Thank you Spiros!

The villa is utterly fantastic. A beautiful home with plenty of space for our party of six. The home was well stocked with amenities, such as towels and loo roll. We loved our stay.

Absolutely stunning property with breathtaking surroundings! We spent most of our time around the gorgeous pool area, which offered incredible mountain views while still feeling completely private and peaceful. The outdoor space was beautifully designed and truly the highlight of our stay. Inside, the house was equally impressive, with thoughtful little touches throughout that made everything feel extra special. The host was attentive, welcoming, and incredibly helpful, making our stay smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. Highly recommended, one of the most beautiful air bnbs we have stayed in.

Neil’s place was absolutely stunning and in a great location near a quiet beach with crystal clear water. Only a 10 minute walk down. It’s a short walk to restaurants and shops and taxis are easily available to get around on the island. The villa was very clean and we were greeted by Neil and the housekeeper Alexandra upon our arrival which was nice. Neil accommodated us with an earlier check in and a later check out which was easier with the children. Neil was very attentive with any messages we sent. The children absolutely loved the pool and Neil provided some pool toys for them. The pool and villa was cleaned during our stay. It was very safe and peaceful and I would highly recommend Neil’s villa to anyone looking for a quiet yet easily accessible place to stay whilst in Kefalonia. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderul stay at this villa. The location is perfect with easy access to Fiskardo and all the lovely coves nearby and the pool was spotless and so refreshing. We really enjoyed the expansive outside space and the host was very responsive. As others have mentioned, the master bed was fairly hard (and we're not normally fussy), but otherwise the villa was so well equipped and had everything we needed. The beach toys they bought for our children, was a very kind touch.

A wonderful, private, spacious villa in the centre of Paxos. Maganzia was walkable for restaurants, baker, supermarket and coffee. A couple of other restaurants in walking distance. We enjoyed several walks from the villa as well as the short drive to the port for a hill free walk if needed. Andreas was a great host, showing us the way and introducing the villa. Our pool was cleaned regularly, our cleaner visited far more often than we expected which was great. Kitchen is good for basic cooking (breakfast). A proper BBQ would have been a bonus but that did not spoil our time we will certainly visit Paxos and this villa again.

We had a great stay and loved our week in the villa. The view is amazing especially as the sun sets. A great location to walk into the local town or local beaches. The hosts were friendly, helpful and so kind. Wouldn’t hesitate in recommending to others

Had a lovely stay, highly recommended. Every detail has been thought of inc external mosquito window nets so you can open the windows without getting bitten and lots of nice small touches such as fresh bread, water and fruit upon check in. It’s a very clean, tidy villa in a quiet part of the village/town. It’s ideal if you are looking for a quiet, peaceful holiday. It’s only a short 5-10 min walk to the local restaurants and shops.

My husband and I booked a six night stay at the villa. We were very impressed when we arrived, beautifully clean, well appointed and amazing views. We had a couple of very minor issues, completely out of the owner’s control, which were dealt with immediately. We had a very enjoyable stay and would highly recommend.

Anna and Pano’s villa was absolutely incredible,we loved every detail! Upon check-in, Anna personally welcomed us, handed over the keys, and gave us a tour of the property. We were greeted with thoughtful complimentary treats including homemade jam, a charcuterie board, white wine, honey, and fresh fruit straight from the garden. Anna and Pano were also incredibly helpful throughout our stay, offering fantastic recommendations. We would definitely love to return and highly recommend this villa to everyone!

Lovely house squeaky clean. Host was extremely helpful, allowed early check in and late check out despite having next guests arriving in the afternoon. He also arranged car hire and gave some excellent recommendations on places to visit and restaurants. Thank you for a most enjoyable stay and to Irene for keeping the entire area beautifully clean including the bbq. We very much hope to return again early autumn. Maura & Bob

Modern villa with all amenities. The inside is very clean and has everything you need. The outdoor area is beautifully taken care of. Nice neighborhood, quiet. You can walk up the road and enjoy the beautiful views and the Greek atmosphere of a mountain village. Nice host. You can walk to Nidri, but it's not as close as described. However, when you have a car, it is a few minutes. Besides, a car is a must in Lefkada, because without it you will not see all the nice places.
