Anna’s villa is amazing. It’s modern and spacious, with top of the line appliances, high end finishes, and everything you’d expect from a luxury villa. The outdoor space is also fantastic, with a refreshing plunge pool, outdoor shower, pizza oven, and a covered gathering space that’s perfect for outdoor meals or drinks. But what really makes the place special is the spectacular location - perched high above Assos with amazing views of the mountains and sea. Our group of four fell in love with this place, and we would come back in a heartbeat.

Had an absolutely fantastic time here! The location is great, the house is very nice and comfortable; easily accessible by car! She is a fantastic host and is extremely warm and welcoming! She gave us wonderful recommendations and was very easy to get in touch with if we had any questions. We hope to come back in the future!

We spent a wonderful 10 days here. The house is comfortable, cool, had plenty of space for our family of 5 and all the amenities we needed. The kitchen is great for cooking, though we often ate out too. Lahos, where the house is located, is close to Stavros, Exogi, Fríkes, Kioni and all the northern beaches (with a car). It’s quiet too, save for the bell of the local church and the sound of goats and sheep. The pool was a welcome place to cool off. Many thanks Serge.

We made some wonderful family memories at Katerina’s place. The house is not only tastefully decorated but the finishing is excellent. The daily housekeeping is a delightful and helpful extra. The place was a bit tricky to fun but Katerina was a star and met us at the road to guide us right to the front door. My 2-year old had so much fun at the pool or walking around the garden. Katerina also gave us recommendations for restaurants and how to get to the beach. We didn’t want to leave and she again was very kind to allow us a late checkout. We want to be back there now!

Can’t recommend Theodoros’ place highly enough - a little slice of paradise short drive from the charming town of Vasiliki. George was fantastic, so proactive and attentive whenever we needed anything and made us feel so welcome and looked after our entire stay and went above and beyond. Have to mention the view. It does not get old - the pictures here were pretty spectacular but the view is truly breathtaking!!! We were a little hesitant to book due to the limited info/pictures so glad we did. We can’t wait to come back 💕

We were a group of 10 people and we loved the villa. It’s up in the hills but not difficult to reach and the view was amazing. The host - Spiros - was very responsive and made very nice recommendations to us about restaurants, bars and boat rentals. The villa is not a good place for loud music since there are neighbouring villas on both sides but everything else met our expectations. We want to thank Spiros for all his help and making our stay a pleasant experience - we were very pleased with our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at this Airbnb. The pool was wonderful for relaxing, and the outdoor kitchen made dining outside very enjoyable. The garden and views were beautiful, and we even saw some wild boars passing by the property, which made the experience extra special. The hosts were also very thoughtful and brought us some of their own olive oil, which was a nice touch. They responded to our messages very quickly and were always helpful. For a bit of constructive feedback: the kitchen could be a little better equipped, and it would have been great to have some charcoal and fire starters provided for the outdoor grill. Overall, it was a great stay!

It's a wonderful place, and hugely sweet hosts. They go out of their way to have a wonderful stay. And then they have the most beautiful sunset that we enjoyed every night. Lovely house. Lovely pool too.

A beautiful penthouse apartment with a spectacular view. The apartment is tastefully decorated with a modern design. Was a perfect base for exploring Kefalonia.

We could not have enjoyed Octupus’s Garden more! There were three of us and the house was perfect in every way. Dionysia and her brother Dimitri were so lovely and accommodating . The location was perfect- could easily walk everywhere in town. Having two bathrooms with 3 people was a big plus. The place was super clean, beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. I highly recommend their place and Boulevard boats … 5 stars all around

Georgia was the perfect host, around whenever needed, but let you get on with your day. She is super friendly and helpful. The house was modern, clean and comfortable. There were many places to sit and enjoy the beautiful view. You can drive to several beaches with 30 mins. I would recommend staying here if you'd like to be a bit cooler and away from the super busy areas by the coast, but close enough to visit.

We had a few very nice days in our accommodation in Lefkada. The owner was very hospitable and took great care of us. His mother, an elderly woman, was also very sociable and kind. She even gave us a few flowers. It would have been nice to know a little Greek :)

I read a previous review that mentioned the word soul and indeed this place has soul. It is an old family holiday home built in the sixties on a large parcel of land right on the water surrounded by shade giving trees. Down a few steps to a private swimming spot is perfect. If you want a modern facility forget it but if you’re after an authentic, private and relaxing place this is it, an oasis away from the chaos of Nydri and surrounds. We enjoyed a week here and didn’t want to leave. The well appointed kitchen meant we could cook for ourselves each day. We left relaxed and refreshed. Caterina is an excellent host, very helpful and communicative. Many thanks.

The house that we rented was amazing and the view of the bay from its private terrace and from the bed was absolutely breathtaking. The house had everything that we needed, it was modernly equipped and it was very clean. Christine was really kind, helpful, she welcomed us with delicious homemade treats, and we had a great time talking about Greece with her. The house is accessible by car or by foot and we enjoyed our walks to the beach as well. We would love to come back in our future vacations!

Penelope’s Villa is excellent. We felt very much at home there. Spiros met us and took our luggage to the villa. The villa itself was spotlessly clean and very well cared for. We appreciated the home made gifts very much. Bed linen and towels were changed 3 times during our 14 night stay and cleaning standards were excellent. The views of Kioni are breathtaking. The villa is only a 10/15 minute walk away from the village by steps or road. There are great places to eat and drink around the waterside. Penelope’s communication was excellent and she gave us good recommendations for eating places in Vathy and places to visit, she really cares about her visitors and ensuring that they are happy. We would definitely stay here again.

A really lovely few days at this beautiful place. Everything has been well conceived & makes it so easy to relax. Top quality bed & bed linen & real attention to detail. Thank you for lovely welcome basket of goodies too ! The private garden seating area is a real plus. 2 minutes walk into Stavros. Just great - highly recommend.

a late check-in made Kostas possible. gave us the time to eat something beforehand, although we landed late 😊 the cottage smelled fresh when entering and the large window brings in beautiful light. there were very good recommendations from kostas. all in all a nice stay.

Great apartment with stunning views of the valley and sea from the terrace. Landlady Hermina was super friendly and helpful. The bed was super comfortable, the beach of Petani around the corner. Nothing was missing, some coffee was available on arrival. We were very satisfied, it was very quiet at the beginning of June, great for relaxing. We only used the kitchen sparingly, but it was well equipped. Everything was as described, we felt very comfortable.

It was our first time on Paxos and this apartment was a perfect base to explore from. The apartment is beautifully clean, well equipped and is handy for shops, restaurants, walks, beaches and the island bus. We hired a boat one day which is a great way to get a feel for the whole island and to explore the beautiful coves and beaches. Anastasia was a very attentive and responsive host, we could not have asked for more.

A dream house, a pool to dream about, a beautiful view, the whole house incredibly valuable (valuable) designed, everything perfect. Great bathrooms, fly screens everywhere (all totally intact and very well maintained) A host with taste, attention to detail and beautiful furnishings, no pointless "knick-knacks". You need a car, the place Nydri nearby (touristy) but everything available.

A lovely property, inside a large lot full of trees and flowers. Everything was as shown in the photos. The 4 bedrooms with private bathrooms are a large plus as they can comfortably accommodate 2 different families. The space on the roof of the building is also impressive. The kids enjoyed the pool! Davide thanks for a great Easter holiday. We hope we can come back for the summer! PS: Lefkada is value for money as a destination. Sivota Lefkada is also wonderful and picturesque!

Breathtaking views, very nice and clean house. Very friendly & helpful owner who is always willing to help. Halfway through our stay, the house was cleaned again. Steve kept the pool clean every day for our children. In short; highly recommended!
