Everything was fine. The studios are big and have everything you need. the view from the balcony is a dream and the swimming pool is a big plus in the conditions in which it was very Communication with Sifi was easily achieved. A problem would be related to Wifi, the signal being better only upstairs. In conclusion, it was a pleasant stay at Sifi.

Anna’s villa is amazing. It’s modern and spacious, with top of the line appliances, high end finishes, and everything you’d expect from a luxury villa. The outdoor space is also fantastic, with a refreshing plunge pool, outdoor shower, pizza oven, and a covered gathering space that’s perfect for outdoor meals or drinks. But what really makes the place special is the spectacular location - perched high above Assos with amazing views of the mountains and sea. Our group of four fell in love with this place, and we would come back in a heartbeat.

We had the most amazing stay at Sarah and George’s villa. The place and pool were fantastic. George came to pick us up from the ferry port when we arrived to show us how to get to the villa and was on hand whenever we needed. We also had a great boat trip out with George who told us lots about the history and places of interest. The villa is brilliantly located just 3 min drive (10 min walk downhill) to Gaios. Would definitely love to return. Paxos is a beautiful, quiet island!

Een ontzettend fijne plek. We kwamen erg laat aan en zelfs nog vertraging maar dit was totaal geen probleem. Telefonisch contact gehad en Chris kwam ons snel uitleggen en ons naar binnen begeleiden zodat we onze dochter op bed konden leggen. Het was erg schoon en het privé zwembad was super. Nu was toevallig de tweede villa niet verhuurd dus nog meer privacy maar ook als dat wel zou zijn heb je genoeg privacy. Tip voor het eiland: Huur een auto. Het huisje is een perfect punt om vanuit daar alle kanten op te kunnen. Enige tip is wat meer theedoeken en vaatdoeken voor de keuken.

The villa is set in a very peaceful setting but it is not isolated with lovely places to eat just a couple of minutes walk away and opposite a place where you could hire bikes and water activities equipment as well as go for a drink, play pool and board games and swim in their larger beautiful pool. Having this across the street was a real bonus as we could go for a drink after eating and we had a lot of fun with the people that run the bar and the locals that also go there most nights. The villa is ideal for families and Nikos was always responsive to anything we asked with lots of recommendations for places to go, beaches, restaurants and anything else we asked about. The villa is very well equipped and he even supplied insect repellent tablets and things to burn outside. Overall I would really recommend this accommodation.

Had an absolutely fantastic time here! The location is great, the house is very nice and comfortable; easily accessible by car! She is a fantastic host and is extremely warm and welcoming! She gave us wonderful recommendations and was very easy to get in touch with if we had any questions. We hope to come back in the future!

We spent a wonderful 10 days here. The house is comfortable, cool, had plenty of space for our family of 5 and all the amenities we needed. The kitchen is great for cooking, though we often ate out too. Lahos, where the house is located, is close to Stavros, Exogi, Fríkes, Kioni and all the northern beaches (with a car). It’s quiet too, save for the bell of the local church and the sound of goats and sheep. The pool was a welcome place to cool off. Many thanks Serge.

Ein phantastischer Ort um zu entspannen und zu genießen. Das Neradu House ist einfach nur wunderschön . Sophia ist nicht nur eine großartige Gastgeberin, sondern auch eine begnadete Bauherrin. Das Neradu house ( sowie die anderen beiden Häuser auch) wurde perfekt in die Umgebung integriert mit großem Respekt vor der Natur ( kein einziger Olivenbaum wurde gefällt) und es ist ein einzigartiger Ort entstanden. Das Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen. Aufteilung, Einrichtung, Ausstattung top!! Die Liebe zum Detail spiegelt sich in jeder Kleinigkeit ( Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Geschirr) alles geschmackvoll und von hoher Qualität. Der Außenbereich lädt zum Entspannen ein, besonders die Pool Area ( unter alten Olivenbäumen) ist einfach nur schön…. Wer noch mobil ist ( man muss das Gepäck die letzten 30 Meter bergauf tragen , es gibt keine Parkmöglichkeit vor den Häusern), Ruhe und Natur liebt , wird sich hier gut aufgehoben fühlen!! Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen. Die Lage der Wohnung mit Blick auf das Meer ist perfekt. Von hier aus kann man sehr gut in alle Richtungen los starten um die wunderschönen Strände zu erkunden. Die Wohnung bietet wirklich alles was man für einen Urlaub benötigt. Die Einrichtung ist hochwertig und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Terasse bietet auch die Möglichkeit eine Sporteinheit durchzuführen. Sehr zu empfehlen ist eine Yoga Session am Morgen mit Meditation, dazu gibt es vor Ort auch Yogamatten. Die beiden Gastgeber sind absolut herzlich und wir wurden behandelt wie deren Kinder !!! Wir kommen wieder.

This is the perfect holiday destination and property. Gloria met us for check in and everything was explained to us with clear instructions beforehand and with friendly and excellent communication. Olivo is great house for a perfect beach holiday. Very clean and tidy with those little extras I love when the host leaves you the basic essentials like tp, paper towels, soap, washing liquids it makes a huge difference. Not to mention a bottle of wine, water and other little treats. The beds are extremely comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. It is right across the road and from the ocean, restaurants and grocery shops all within 5 minutes walking distance. There are many other restaurants to choose from right along the seafront again all within walking distance. Sami is a perfect location to visit the best parts of the island with a car or you could stay in Sami without a car and hop on a ferry across the road and explore another island.

We could not have enjoyed Octupus’s Garden more! There were three of us and the house was perfect in every way. Dionysia and her brother Dimitri were so lovely and accommodating . The location was perfect- could easily walk everywhere in town. Having two bathrooms with 3 people was a big plus. The place was super clean, beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. I highly recommend their place and Boulevard boats … 5 stars all around

Wir haben uns sofort Wohlgefühlt. Die Unterkunft war genau wie beschrieben und in einem sehr guten Zustand. Es gibt auch einen täglichen Reinigungsservice. Auch der Check in zu später Stunde lief problemlos. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Wir hatten ein paar sehr schöne Tage in unserer Unterkunft auf Lefkada. Der Eigentümer war sehr gastfreundlich und hat sich toll um uns gekümmert. Seine Mutter, eine ältere Frau, war ebenfalls sehr kontaktfreudig und nett. Sie hat uns sogar ein paar Blümchen geschenkt. Da hätte man gerne doch ein bisschen griechisch gekonnt:)

The house that we rented was amazing and the view of the bay from its private terrace and from the bed was absolutely breathtaking. The house had everything that we needed, it was modernly equipped and it was very clean. Christine was really kind, helpful, she welcomed us with delicious homemade treats, and we had a great time talking about Greece with her. The house is accessible by car or by foot and we enjoyed our walks to the beach as well. We would love to come back in our future vacations!

I read a previous review that mentioned the word soul and indeed this place has soul. It is an old family holiday home built in the sixties on a large parcel of land right on the water surrounded by shade giving trees. Down a few steps to a private swimming spot is perfect. If you want a modern facility forget it but if you’re after an authentic, private and relaxing place this is it, an oasis away from the chaos of Nydri and surrounds. We enjoyed a week here and didn’t want to leave. The well appointed kitchen meant we could cook for ourselves each day. We left relaxed and refreshed. Caterina is an excellent host, very helpful and communicative. Many thanks.

Penelope’s Villa is excellent. We felt very much at home there. Spiros met us and took our luggage to the villa. The villa itself was spotlessly clean and very well cared for. We appreciated the home made gifts very much. Bed linen and towels were changed 3 times during our 14 night stay and cleaning standards were excellent. The views of Kioni are breathtaking. The villa is only a 10/15 minute walk away from the village by steps or road. There are great places to eat and drink around the waterside. Penelope’s communication was excellent and she gave us good recommendations for eating places in Vathy and places to visit, she really cares about her visitors and ensuring that they are happy. We would definitely stay here again.

einen späten checkin hat kostas möglich gemacht. hat uns die zeit gegeben vorher noch etwas zu essen, obwohl wir spät gelandet sind 😊 das häuschen roch beim betreten schon frisch und das große fenster bringt schönes licht rein. es gab sehr gute empfehlungen von kostas. alles in allem ein schöner aufenthalt.

Tolle Ferienwohnung mit herrlichem Blick auf Tal und Meer von der Terasse. Vermieterin Hermina war super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Bett war super bequem, der Strand von Petani um die Ecke. Es hat an nichts gefehlt, etwas Kaffee war bei Ankunft vorhanden. Wir waren sehr zufrieden, es war Anfang Juni sehr ruhig, super zum Entspannen. Die Küche haben wir nur sparsam benutzt, war aber gut ausgestattet. Alles war wie beschrieben, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Outstanding villa, view, service and island; we will definitely be back! Everything about our stay at the villa was about ease, luxury, comfort and feeling looked after by Eleni and her lovely father, Pano. Nothing was too much trouble. We explored all around the island by car, foot and boat, so many beautiful places to visit. Strongly recommend an evening at Fly Me bar, dinner in Sivota and a trip to Nidri and Lefkada town. Beautiful island .

It was our first time on Paxos and this apartment was a perfect base to explore from. The apartment is beautifully clean, well equipped and is handy for shops, restaurants, walks, beaches and the island bus. We hired a boat one day which is a great way to get a feel for the whole island and to explore the beautiful coves and beaches. Anastasia was a very attentive and responsive host, we could not have asked for more.

Δεν ξέρω από που να ξεκινήσω. Αρχικά μόλις φτάσαμε στο νησί ο Ανδρέας μας οδήγησε ο ίδιος στο κατάλυμα. Το σπίτι ήταν εξοπλισμένο με πολλά παραπάνω από τα απαραίτητα. Μας παρείχαν εξάδα με εμφιαλωμένα νερά , καινούρια απορρυπαντικά και σφουγγάρι πιάτων , κεράσματα , και κάψουλες espresso. Ο χώρος ήταν πεντακάθαρος και φαινόταν με την πρώτη ματιά ότι αυτό το σπίτι φτιάχτηκε με πολύ μεράκι. Επίσης η κίνηση με τα φρεσκοκομμένα λουλούδια στο βάζο του σπιτιού μας συγκίνησε ιδιαίτερα . Η τοποθεσία απίστευτη , μέσα στις ελιές , και με την καλύτερη θέα των παξων μέσα από ένα μονοπάτι. Ειλικρινά δεν βρήκαμε τίποτα αρνητικό και σίγουρα αν επισκεφτούμε ξανά το νησί το κατάλυμα αυτό θα είναι ξανά η επιλογή μας. Ευχαριστούμε για όλα! Εις το επανιδείν.

Μια υπέροχη ιδιοκτησία, μέσα σε ένα μεγάλο οικόπεδο γεμάτο δέντρα και λουλούδια. Ολα ήταν όπως φαίνονται στις φωτογραφίες. Τα 4 υπνοδωμάτια με τα ιδιωτικά μπάνια είναι ένα μεγάλο plus καθώς μπορούν να φιλοξενήσουν άνετα 2 διαφορετικές οικογένειες. Ο χώρος στην ταράτσα του οικήματος επίσης εντυπωσιακός. Τα παιδιά χάρηκαν την πισίνα! Davide ευχαριστούμε για τις υπέροχες διακοπές του Πάσχα. Ευχόμαστε να μπορέσουμε να επιστρέψουμε για το καλοκαίρι! ΥΓ: η Λευκάδα είναι value for money ως προορισμός. Τα Σύβοτα Λευκάδας επίσης υπέροχα και γραφικά!

Wonderful and peaceful place. It was clean and tidy. Zicos was very kind to us, leaving some welcoming fruit and helping with tips for beaches, villages and the necessary hot-spots to enjoy Ithaki. Sunrises and sunsets in the terrace looking at Cefalonia were overwhelming and made us stay at the place more than we thought. We’ll repeat for sure.
