34 m2 apartment located on the second floor of an old house (1897), so not recommended for people with limited mobility (no elevator and 44 steps). It includes a living room with city views, a bedroom with sink and shower, an equipped kitchen and a toilet. Ideally located 10-15 minutes' walk to the historic center (Palais des Princes Évêques), Gare du Palais (or Gare Saint-Lambert), the Opera and pedestrian streets of the city center.

The apartment is 6 minutes walk from the station. Grote Markt is only 1 minute walk through the King Albert street. Very well located and ideal little cocoon for a couple. At the foot of the stony district, the market square and the steps of Bueren. In December, you can also enjoy the Christmas village :) In good weather, the terraces of the market square are very pleasant.
