The apartment is newly equipped and rustic elements such as the wood-burning stove from Uroma or the Tyrolean parlor ensure coziness and special vacation hours. My wife and I spent 3 days in the Italian Dolomites, in Monika's fantastic holiday home. Our stay has met all our wishes; a beautiful, comfortable and clean house, located in a great place on a mountain slope, and all the privacy you could wish for. Monika did her best to spoil us, and even brought us a few treats (delicious cake and tasty strudel)! The last 3 km to the house were challenging; but because it was very quiet with other traffic, there were never any tense situations. We highly recommend this house for nature and peace seekers, who are looking for a beautiful view of the Dolomites in a special location.

Great host, friendly and very helpful. Inge offered to do an initial grocery order before we arrived, including charcuterie etc with local ingredients. That was our favorite. There was also the option to have fresh bread every morning. Only issue was that laundry was 7 euros per load, and another 7 euros for the dryer.

Impeccable accommodation, lots of dishes, efficient internet, spacious bathroom and luxurious shower. We loved Sistrans: the view of the mountains, the cows next door, the butcher shop, the proximity to a good grocery store in Lans and the proximity to Innsbruck (10-15 minutes). In addition, we were able to attend the nostalgic concert (free) in the church square!

Everything is great! Cäcilia is a great hostess, open and friendly. Responds quickly and reliably and is helpful and flexible. The apartment is very nice and spacious and we felt completely comfortable. A great place :) I'm sure we'll be back.

We had a lovely stay here! Tina was a very gracious host, making sure we had what we needed and going above and beyond several times. This is one of the most unique properties we've stayed at, and we were impressed with the design and how comfortable it was despite being "tiny". We loved exploring Stubaital -- the house is conveniently located with a grocery store nearby and a number of restaurants within walking distance. We did have a car but the bus made it easy to get around the valley. We'd love to return in the winter for skiing and to make use of the fireplace!

We spent four wonderful days in Stephanie's accommodation in Innsbruck and can recommend it without reservation. Even in advance, the contact with Stephanie was super friendly, helpful and uncomplicated – she quickly responded to messages and gave valuable tips for our stay. The apartment was spotlessly clean, lovingly furnished and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is ideal: quiet, yet central. You can reach the old town, great cafes and hiking trails in no time – perfect for those who want to explore Innsbruck or enjoy nature. Stephanie was a fantastic host – warm, respectful and always available if you had a question. You can tell that she really cares about the well-being of her guests. Thank you so much for the wonderful time!!
