De bungalow met een jaren 70 inrichting ligt aan de rand op een rustig kleinschalig park, 1,5 km van zee. De slaapkamer heeft een elektrisch verstelbaar bed (2x80) en de woonkamer een slaapbank. De keuken en de badkamer (met douche) zijn volledig vernieuwd. De bungalow is 60 m2 en heeft een zeer ruime tuin. Ook uw hond is welkom. Op 100 meter van het park bevindt zich het kleine maar fraaie natuurreservaat Wildrijk, dat bekend is om de duizenden wilde hyacinten die er in april/mei bloeien. Tevens kleuren dan de bloeiende tulpenvelden de wijde omgeving. De parkeerplaats bevindt zich aan het begin van het park. Het park zelf is autovrij. Op de parkeerplaats staan bagagekarren om uw spullen naar het huisje te vervoeren. Sint Maartensvlotbrug ligt aan de Noord Hollandse kust tussen Callantsoog en Petten. Het is een zeer goed fiets en wandelgebied. De Schoorlse duinen liggen 10 kilometer naar het zuiden en Den Helder 20 kilometer naar het noorden. In de duinen tussen Sint Maartenszee en Callantsoog ligt het bijzondere Zwanenwater met zijn lepelaars. Er kan gebruik gemaakt worden van de fietsen die er zijn. In Sint Maartensvlotbrug zit een Spar en in Callantsoog een AH die 7 dagen per week tot 22.00 uur geopend is. In Sint Maartenszee zit een wasserette mocht dat nodig zijn. Elke maandagochtend is er op de parkeerplaats bij speeltuin De Goudvis een gezellige kofferbakmarkt. In de zomermaanden is er altijd wel ergens een kofferbakmarkt op zaterdag en zondag.

This is a rare opportunity to stay in a traditional Miller's House located on the same property as an authentic 1632 Dutch Windmill. This beautiful cabin offers privacy, nature and canals on both sides, yet is only 1.5 miles (2.4km) from town and a 40 minute train ride to Amsterdam. This cabin was hand built with love & care and it is a pleasure to share it with guests from all around the world. As the Miller of this windmill, I enjoy giving my guests a complimentary tour whenever possible.

You enter the studio through the stairs. Here you will find a cozy modern atmosphere. You are completely private in the apartment. Behind the apartment you have your own private terrace with 2 chairs and a table. At the water you find two relaxchairs. You can park your car at the mill. Bicycles can be put under the carport.
