Monthly Rentals in Silver Lake

I had a great 5-day stay at Jennifer’s place! She was incredibly nice and always responded very quickly whenever I had a question or needed something. The house was exactly as pictured, super clean, and very comfortable. It’s also in a convenient location—not far from restaurants and Walmart, which made things really easy during my stay. I’d definitely recommend staying here and would be happy to come back again!

The Frenchie was fantastic and we loved staying here! The neighborhood felt safe and the back yard was a huge bonus with kids. There was one bedroom separated from the others, which ended up being perfect for my brother, who doesn’t have kids and appreciated the privacy and quiet. I would absolutely stay here again during our next trip to Wilmington.

Very welcoming, super clean space and had everything we could have possibly needed and more! There was lots of snacks and food, and even fresh flowers on the table! Linda and her husband were very kind and sweet! Thank you for hosting us!

Amanda was a great host and very responsive. Home was very clean and matched the description. Was about 30mins from Fort Fisher beach and 15mins to the riverfront. Very dog friendly with a treat left for my dog as well as a crate and bowls. My kids enjoyed the home with room for them to have their own space. Amanda was able to recommend good places to eat that were kid friendly. I would definitely stay again and recommend to others.
