There are outdoor cats that visit, Grey Cat lives in the forest in the front yard and cat food is available. The neighbor might ask you for a dollar, don't do it! Private unit with separate entrance and self check in. checking is set for 5pm, I have no problem with early checkin, if possible. just ask!

This studio guest house has a private entrance with pond and pool view from the room. The cover photo is one of Wilmingtons sunrise at the beach. This cozy room has a comfortable King bed, 1 pull out sofa couch. Your own private bath stocked with towels and mini toiletries if you forget them. The neighborhood is very quite and safe. I have a coffee maker and cups for the morning cup of joe.

Pet Friendly Paradise; 15 Minutes to Beach/ D-Town

We loved living in this single story family home! It is located in a quiet neighborhood right in the center of town and less than a mile to shopping, dining, and movies. 15 minutes from Downtown, Carolina Beach, and Wrightsville Beach. The backyard is fully fenced in for pets, and there is private covered boat or RV parking available. Every bedroom has a queen bed and plenty of privacy.
