'Poolside Paradise' with Hot Tub in Wilmington

NOTE: While there are 2 other small Airbnb units on the property, this entire house is for your own use with NO shared areas. The pool and hot tub are all yours (not shared) with a 6ft privacy fence surrounding your entire backyard! PARTY POLICY: Poolside Paradise is nestled in a very quiet neighborhood. No parties of any kind are permitted. Violations of our house rules (excessive noise, smoking inside, extra guests) will lead to a fine of $250 and immediate cancellation of your reservation.

Framed by hundreds of years old live oak trees, The Cove is situated on an acre of ground, convenient to area beaches and shopping. Most major food chains and big box stores are within a 5 minute drive. Additionally many local eateries are nearby. Carolina beach is an easy 10 minutes drive, historic downtown Wilmington and river walk are 15 minutes, while Wrightsville beach and major shopping malls are 20 minutes. One of our hobbies is propagating these plants because of their beauty and overall dramatic effect.
