You will find everything from garden furniture, hammock and outdoor activities in the form of games and a trampoline. There are several cozy nooks that you are welcome to use, just as there is a Mexican fireplace and barbecue in the garden. Free parking in front of the house.

There is grass + outdoor areas, and the house has two bedrooms, a large living room + conservatory, kitchen, hallway, bathroom and toilet. There is WiFi in the house, but no TV as we invite you to enjoy peace, nature experiences, socializing and lovely conversations!

If you want to experience Denmark from its beautiful and quiet side, then “Vidkærhøj” is the place for you. The home is part of our property from the 1870s, and was originally an old barn, which we have lovingly restored over the past few years. It is centrally located between Aarhus, Silkeborg and Skanderborg. It is high up here, and if you like, our dog, Aggie, would love to greet you, just as our cats, chickens and rooster are also very curious. We can’t wait to host you 🤗

We rent out this little house with its own garden and terrace a short walk from the forest and lake. The home is located close to the center of Silkeborg with 5 minutes by car or a 30 minute walk through the forest. There is free parking. The house has the necessary amenities and has two bedrooms with a bed and sofa bed. There is a kitchen and two toilets. Towels and linens will be provided. The house is located on a hilly plot and there are therefore stairs up to the house.
