Spacious, bright and quiet 2-room apartment (48 square meters) with all comforts for a few relaxing days by the lake. It's just a 5-minute walk to the beach through the private park. The large balcony (24 square meters) with a southwest-facing location has sun from noon to evening and invites you to sunbathe or have a cozy breakfast or barbecue evening. The apartment has a private parking space for the car and a lockable bicycle cellar. Swimming pool and tennis court are available for a small fee.

Our new apartment "Upper Beach" is located on the 2nd floor, easily accessible via an elevator. You have a separate bedroom, kitchen and a large living room with sofa bed and sunny balcony. The house is located right in the center of Timmendorfer Strand. If you want to live so centrally, you sometimes have to expect some hustle and bustle and noise in the high season. Restaurants, cafes and numerous shopping are within walking distance. The beach is about 150 meters away.

The sunny, light-flooded apartment "Scheunendiele" is located in a converted half-timbered barn with its own garden and sun terrace. Spacious 60 square meters, living room with open, fully equipped kitchen, offer space for 2-4 people. The dining area equipped for up to 4 people is next to the living area with a couch and armchairs and an additional reading corner by the fireplace. The two bedrooms are located on the upper floor, overlooking the beautiful garden.

My guests speak, for example, of the "unique experience," the "lovingly converted construction trailer" and the "great atmosphere" in "great surroundings." I say: There is no Wi-Fi! The apartment is about 100 m², has 2 rooms, kitchen and bathroom. It is level and has an independent entrance. It has its own terrace and is located on the south side of the house. Rooms are featured with antique furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, refrigerator. The bathroom has a large corner bath and double sink. In the living room is a big flat screen. And lots of shelves with books for every taste.
