Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Siena

We loved the villa. It was private and had an incredible setting. Ivan was very responsive and incredibly helpful in suggesting restaurants and other activities. The only issue we had was finding the unit when we arrived. It was a little confusing at first to find our way to the villa.

My husband and I, plus our French Bulldog, had the pleasure of staying here for just over 3 weeks. Immediately felt like home, and host family had everything to do with that! Highly recommend. stunning views, fabulous location and some of the most gracious people I've ever met.

Martina’s entire estate is very peaceful and extremely beautiful. Just remember that it is really off the beaten path. She was so passionate about the property and making people feel right at home. It was one of the more beautiful places we stayed in all of Italy. Make sure to bring food up there with you before going. It is at least 35 min to town, but this is one of those places it is almost not worth leaving. Wish we had more time to stay there.

We felt like kings of the castle in Stefano and Sylvias’s place. Top of a hill with expansive views and always such a beautiful breeze. San Quirico was lovely as was Bagno Vignoni at the bottom of our hill. We could see the twinkling lights of Pienza and Montepulciano both of which were an easy drive away. Generosity in the way the villa was presented and our hosts’ welcome, with many wonderful local suggestions. Would highly recommend.

Duccio was one of the best hosts we have encountered in our years renting with AirBNB. From the pick up at the train station to the drop off at the bus station he was as informative and helpful as any we have met. His house is in an extraordinarily beautiful location. The bedroom door opens to a small terrace. It was a wonder to have coffee in the morning surrounded by olive groves alive with birds singing and the church bells ringing off the old fort walls across the valley. The house is a short walk to the main sites and restaurants of the city centre. The kitchen is well accessorized and Duccio has left much reading material about Siena and Italy generally for guests to peruse. We had a remarkably restful and enjoyable experience at Duccio's accomodation. Highly recommended both for the host and the house.

Can’t say enough about how great this house was! The views! The house is absolutely adorable! From a story book! Outdoor space was incredible! Loved making dinner in the kitchen (kinda made from local market which Sophia recommended which was amazing! I wish I could stay there for a week!!!

The house is located on Chianti which views to vineyard and olive yard, the most beautiful view for an airbnb. Everything is fully furnished, a lot of welcome foods and drinks. The hosts give clearly instruction and very responsive. It was a wonderful time spending our holiday there.

This was the absolutely perfect place! Everything was amazing from the view, to the balcony that sat 4 overlooking the piazza di campo. The place was extremely comfortable and uniquely decorated with all kinds of wonderful art. We got lucky to be able to watch the university of Siena graduation on our one night there and one of the contrade parade around the piazza the following morning. I would highly recommend staying here if you have the chance - I will certainly be back!

We are a family of five. The three bedrooms and two bathrooms worked perfectly. The magic of this place is having the absolute best view of Siena. It’s amazing. Sitting out on the balcony as the sunsets and the city lights up…. The location is also fantastic. Easy parking across the street. Very quick walks to outstanding restaurants. Our winery tour operator picked up right out front. We really enjoyed our stay.

Stefano was such a wonderful host and his home was beautiful! The location is perfection and right near Piazza Del Campo.

Perfect place for a few days in Siena! Close to the action but tucked away on a quieter street. The apartment was spotless and spacious - in a character building but a beautiful renovation to modernize the inside. Host was very responsive and helpful! Definitely recommend staying here!

Charming stay, room and patio with a view that is unparalleled in beauty and tranquility. Beautiful room, well-stocked, everything extremely well cared for in detail by a person - Elena, although we did not have the opportunity to meet - who puts love into providing an experience that is absolutely to be repeated. The common areas are also extremely well cared for and comfortable.

Maria Grazia is the consummate hostess. This location is AMAZING for seeing the ancient town, and so well-priced. She does a lot of extra niceties that I won't list as to not spoil the surprise or put undue pressure on her, but believe me, she was born to host. We felt more than welcome & treasured. When we come back, we will always want to stay here!

A beautiful Agro tourismo right in the lap of nature…very close to the picturesque Pienza town and with gorgeous views of Tuscany rolling hills all around the house.. Bianca’s father met us upon arrival and explained us all the details about the house, his farm, olive oil making and the background of the place.. They stay on the first floor of the house and Airbnb is on ground floor… The house was built in 1576 and it was one of its kind of experience to be staying in it… The house is quite spacious and very well decorated. We stayed here for 3 nights and did 2 day trips - 1 to Florence and other to Siena ( a must visit place with marvellous cathedral and piazza del campo ) and picture perfect Chianti region.. Having a car is absolutely necessary as the place is 8-10 km from Pienza and public transport is minimal… Regards, Sachin

Great stay, everything is in walking distance 5 minutes to busses and trains. Apartment was beautiful loved sitting outside in the courtyard. Eugenia was super helpful and friendly, definitely recommend.

Wonderful place in Siena! We walked to all main tourist attractions, churches, and restaurants. We even walked to the train station (a bit of a hike, but not terrible - wouldn’t walk it with luggage though). The view from the kitchen was beautiful, the washer/clothes line was useful, and the bed was comfy! It’s a great place to stay if you’re looking for an affordable, quiet, and low traffic area.

Francesco was the perfect host very communicative and responsive when needed - the unit was spotless and nice decor - loved being in the little town walking to the 3 lively restaurants, grocery and coffee shop not to mention the fabulous vineyards that surrounded the flat - we did some wonderful walks and did side trips to cute little towns - Would recommend highly

We can absolutely recommend it! Everything is as described in the text and can be seen in the photos. Located about 2 km outside the totally cute village of Casole de Elsa. Andrea + Barbara provided all the necessary information for the journey and many great tips on site, always with the corresponding links. For example, our arrival was delayed due to traffic to around 10:15 pm. Was no problem, we were in contact and when we arrived, Andrea personally welcomed us. And if we had a question during our stay, an answer always came very quickly. (Where is the best place to park in Siena, how do you get to Florence, ...)

After a long journey, we felt that Tommaso’s listing was a home away from home. We were excited at the end of the day to turn the key and unwind in a spacious place. The centers of town are a 5-10 minute walk away. The grocery store in the corner was helpful. The kitchen and the amenities were welcoming. The bed was so comfortable that I forgot that I was sleeping in Italy because I thought I was in my own home upon waking up. I am glad to have chosen this AirBnb among many hotel choices; The space and the personal touches are unbeatable. If we ever come back to Siena, I will be glad to stay in this charming place. We had a wonderful stay at Riccardo’s apartment in Siena. You cannot beat the location - it’s perfectly situated in the center of everything and made a great home base to explore Siena and the surrounding area. The apartment is beautifully designed and very clean. Riccardo was beyond helpful with local recommendations and helped us secure dinner reservations. Highly recommended when staying centrally in Siena.
