A basic Italian breakfast is included (coffee, tea, milk, biscuits, etc.), but if you prefer a richer breakfast served at the table, the cost is €15 per person (€10 from 5 to 15 years, free under 5 years). First floor with amazing views on San Gimignano and Chianti Hills. No aircon, but every bedroom has a large fan for the few hot nights we are getting in July/August. We usually have 15°C!

It is located on the 1st floor of our B&B Le Aquile. It is an elegant double room (king size bed or two single beds) with exposed wooden beam ceilings, antique furniture and a private external bathroom with shower cubicle a few meters from the room. It has a complete bathroom set, a hairdryer, a courtesy kit, a kettle (with tea and Nescafè) and Nespresso capsules to enjoy a typical Italian coffee. The room is air-conditioned and equipped with wifi and a flat-screen TV.

Il mio alloggio è vicinissimo alla splendida Piazza di Santa Croce. La zona è centrale ma tranquilla. In pochissimi minuti a piedi si posso raggiungere ed ammirare i principali monumenti della città: Palazzo Vecchio, gli Uffizi, il Duomo, Palazzo Pitti e la Basilica di San Lorenzo. L'appartamento è molto luminoso e le stanze son comode e spaziose. Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie, chi viaggia per lavoro e famiglie con bambini.

The apartment is at the second floor WITHOUT lift (35 stairs). It is at 200 m of Ponte Vecchio, Piazza Signoria, at 100 m from the Uffizi Gallery.... Il bagno, di circa 4,5 mq, include wc, bidet, lavabo e piccola vasca sotto il lucernario. La stanza ha l'utilizzo esclusivo della terrazza a tetto della torre.
