A basic Italian breakfast is included (coffee, tea, milk, biscuits, etc.), but if you prefer a richer breakfast served at the table, the cost is €15 per person (€10 from 5 to 15 years, free under 5 years). The apartment is completely independent, on two internally connected floors, and features a private garden lined with centuries-old oaks and Tuscan cypresses. Enjoy your visit in Siena by walk, parking your car close to our place. Our small studio is 10 minutes walk from the old city center and 15 from Piazza del Campo (way almost flat, with a beautiful view). It consists of a small room with a sofa bed and a bathroom. In the ancient rural complex of Caggio, "Il vecchio noce" offers a fully renovated apartment (recently, this past winter 2025/26) that can accommodate 2 to 4 people. The complex is located in the heart of the Tuscan countryside, on the Montagnola Senese, near the medieval village of Monteriggioni and the route of the Via Francigena. The accommodation is known as the village's "granaio" (granary) because it faces south and is on the ground floor.

The apartment is a short walk from the Coop Supermarket, Pharmacy and town center.
