Holiday rentals with beach access in Shoreham-by-Sea

Great apartment, so well located - walkable distance to town and the seafront. Really clean and spacious, great living room set up - well stocked kitchen if you want to stay in and cook. Dmitrijs was really responsive and offered an early check in too :) would stay here again.

This was perfect for us and our dog. A cosy little home with everything we needed including private parking which is precious. Near to all amenities in Hove. The hosts were very tentative, responding to everything quickly and were very friendly and helpful.

We had a wonderful night away in the jungle apartment! The space was gorgeous and really well decorated. We only stayed the night but would have loved to have stayed for longer! Bed was comfy enough, amenities were fab, the only downside was the shower was a bit temperamental and awkward to use. It didn’t damper our stay, however! I booked this place to celebrate my partner and I’d engagement after proposing in the Brighton, the city that we first met 4 years ago! Thanks so much for hosting us, Vanessa. I’ve now left with a fiancée!

I use Airbnb allot, personally and professionally. I could not get into the hotel I was meant to be at for two nights so ended up here. I’m so sad that I did not then stay two nights. For working, the conservatory was lovely. Do not do a beach front hotel if you can stay here

Had an amazing time, very nice place with lots close by. The sea front outside the property is buzzing with only a two minute walk to the actual beach. Lots of places to run and spaces for workouts with more facilities being built. Thank you to Simon and Sansan for being very helpful, anything I asked was answered almost immediately. We had a fabulous stay, only wished we had booked for longer, we didn’t want to leave. Jayne was warm , friendly and made us feel very welcome. The flat is very stylish, clean and comfortable, in a very peaceful leafy street. There were many thoughtful touches including a very much appreciated and delicious welcome hamper. The location and flat had everything we needed, exceeded expectations and we loved the vibrant independent shops, restaurants and bars.

Visited Brighton for 3 days with my partner and Jane's place was exactly what we needed. Clean and well equipped with all the amenities a couple of people would need to feel right at home. The local area is quiet and has plenty of shops/restaurants and cafes whilst still being close to the City. Jane was a perfect host and communicated very well from check in to check out. We could not recommend this place highly enough if you're looking to visit Brighton, the travel links are also great if you want to travel further out to explore the beautiful Sussex coast. Perfect!

Lovely flat in a quiet street, the description is accurate. It is nice and clean with a large shower and easy to use oven and it was nice to sit in the sunny window for breakfast. Everything is within walking distance and especially good being able to walk to the beach

Feels like a proper holiday staying here with the beach right on the doorstep and the sun trap garden. Lovely little home, comfortable and with all the essentials as well as a fab location.

Lovely, clean and well equipped house in perfect location in Brighton close to all the restaurants and shops. Communication with Joe was great and really appreciated the possibility to check in early to drop off our bags as we were traveling from all directions. Great stay and would recommend!

Great place to stay in worthing. Perhaps the cleanest air bnb I have ever stayed in - genuinely spotless! Very comfortable for a couple with 2 children and close to many amenities and the beach. Marie is a very responsive and friendly host. Highly recommend.

My family and I had a lovely stay at Vicky's house. Very comfortable and clean, no surprises, and looks like the photos. Shoreham Beach is a 5-minute walk away, and the front of the house overlooking the river is very relaxing. Last of all Vicky was very easy to deal with and responded quickly. Would recommend.

From the moment we were enthusiastically welcomed at the door by Calypso, we knew we were going to have a happy week in Portslade. Both cats were very friendly and affectionate with all of us, making it a home from home for a family of four with two small boys. The home offers plenty of room for a getaway and has all the amenities you'd normally need if you were at home. Our elder son appreciated having a climbing frame in his room too! The pub next door was missing some of its fencing while we were staying, which removed a bit of privacy from the back garden, but thankfully when we were indoors we didn't notice any of the noise or smoke from the beer garden unless we had the back windows open. Our boys loved having open access to football pitches behind the pub. Parking was usually ok nearby but we struggled for a space one evening when there was a big event at the nearby Hindu temple. Bus and train connections into places like Brighton, Hove and Worthing were excellent.

Really close to the station, bars restaurants and supermarkets 1 min away, close enough to the sea front, walk in 10 mins, quiet in the evenings

The location and amenities in the home were excellent. The layout was perfect for our group. Space to be together, but also space for individuals to have chill time.

We had a fantastic stay at Tess and Ed’s place. If anything, the pictures don’t do it justice; it’s super cosy but comfortable, in a great location a stone’s throw from the beach, and loads of little personal touches such as a hand-written welcome card and a bottle of bubbly waiting for us on arrival (as well as the advertised breakfast food, coffee, etc.). Fully equipped kitchen if you want to cook yourself. Good shower with shampoo etc provided. Couldn’t recommend staying here enough.

Amazing, responsive, accommodating and understanding host :) We accidentally checked in 2 hours early as we didn't read the instructions quite closely, thinking that we had to check in *before* 3pm instead of after! Thankfully, the cleaner that arrived at the time and David himself were completely understanding and extremely kind and understood! The apartment is clean, beautiful and next to amazing locations that are easily walkable. Definitely worth the price and an exemplary place to stay at :)

We had a great stay here! Such a good location for exploring Brighton. The flat is lovely and bright, spacious, with everything we needed. The bed is really comfortable and we loved sitting in the living room looking out of the floor to ceiling windows. Thank you!

Eleanor and the property were fantastic! We had to alter the reservation due to scheduling changes and Eleanor was incredibly accommodating. The residence itself was exactly as described, and if ever back in Brighton would gladly stay again.

This was our second time at Alan’s flat. We had such a wonderful time. It’s so close to all the amenities Seven Dials has to offer whilst also being super close to Brighton city centre. We will be back!

This is a great place to stay in Hove and is as described. It was positioned perfectly for us for where we needed to be to visit family. The living room is a particularly great feature with sea views and plenty of space. If arriving by car, unloading can be a bit tricky due to having to park on adjacent roads but Joanne can't help that so it's just one to be aware of. We would certainly stay here again

An amazing stay all round! The apartment was really easy to find and so close to the sea front and city centre. Kasia was very responsive and answered any questions I had. We were also able to store our luggage after checkout which was extremely helpful. Super lovely and would absolutely stay here again.
