This house is a beautiful blend of traditional and modern making it convenient but also authentically Japanese. Mountains and ricefields are beside you, the Shimanto River can be heard. The ground floor is all yours. It's spacious with a large tatami sleeping room that can become two. The A/C is only in one room if the doors are closed. There is no central heating. Restaurants are within 10min or you can prepare local foods in your own equipped kitchen. It’s designed for long and short stays.

A store is 5 min by car, Montbell Park 10 min, and Kochi or Iya Valley about 60 min — a great base for exploring Shikoku.

Haus2354 is within 5 minutes walking distance from Ieura Port, the main gateway of the island. It is also very close to Teshima Yokoo House and is in the area where you can find small shops and eating places. Haus2354 is a Japanese style house with Japanese style floor bedding, and we rent out a whole house during your stay. There are direct boats from Teshima to Shodoshima, Naoshima and Inujima. This place could be your base for island hopping considering its good access to the port.

愛媛県伊予市下灘駅の近くの海岸沿いに、一日一組限定の一軒貸しの民泊施設がオープン。 目の前に広がるのは見渡す限り美しく青く澄み渡った空と海。　漆喰をベースに落ち着いた空間を演出。 瀬戸内海を一望でき海の目の前で一階には、夕日を見ながら、スタイリッシュなキッチンで料理ができます。 二階には、テラスで夕日を見ながら、つくろぐことができます。 クイーンサイズのベットが一台。　クイーンサイズに変わるkoalaのソファーベットが一台。 二階には、エアウィーヴのダブルベッドが一台。 最大4名様まで宿泊できます。 朝ごはんの自然酵母パン、ロダンコーヒー、付きです。 食器は、ムスタキビ、龍泉窯など地元の作家さんの作品を使用しております。タオルは、今治タオルの伊織のタオルを使用しております。　シーツは、リネンを使用しております。 もし、ご夕食が必要な場合は、隣接しているShiojiレストランで、ゲスト様のみ使用する事ができます。 駅への送迎は無料でしております。 豊かで想い出に残る素晴らしいひと時をお届けします。 他には類を見ない瀬戸内の絶景を望む別荘でお楽しみください。

小豆島町の静かな海辺に建つ一軒家です。 海と夕陽を眺めて黄昏れる為だけに建てた家です。その為テラスの階段の段数が多く大変申し訳ございませんが決してバリアフリーとは呼べません。（荷物のお手伝い等出来るだけのことは対応させていただきます） ですが、高いテラスを登った先には瀬戸内のキラキラ輝く穏やかできれいな海と毎日顔を変える茜色の夕空が待っています。 是非、時間を忘れ非日常をご堪能ください。 ※現在ペットのご宿泊をストップさせていただいております。 ご希望の方はご予約前にお問い合わせ下さい。 室内にはテラスの階段を登って入ります。バリアフリーではありません。 小さなお子様か階段を登り降りする際は必ず大人の方がお付き添いください。 また、雨の日は階段が多い為ご不便をかけるかもしれません。 宿前の道路は舗装されていません。 ご不便をかけるかもしれませんが、ご了承下さい。 宿の周りは自然が多いため、どうしても虫がでます。窓や扉の開閉時に虫が一緒に入ることがあります。（特に夜は宿の明かりに虫が集まります）大変申し訳ございませんが、虫が苦手な方は宿泊をご遠慮ください。

築220年超の藍商の屋敷／季節野菜・果物の収穫体験付き
