In terms of sightseeing, there is forest bathing in Iya, which is said to be one of the three major secret places in Japan, and Kazura Bridge, etc. and if you go a little further, you can swim at Oyagahama Beach in Kagawa Prefecture, making it easy to access the four prefectures of Shikoku. We also run a renovated old house bar, "yamaya", within a 5-minute drive, where you can enjoy a meal after sightseeing. We have the second house in Ikuchi Island. You can stay there whenever we don't use it. Please check in between 3pm and 11pm. Please pick up this house key from the key case on the premises. There is no WIFI in this house. There are no restaurants or convenience stores nearby. There is a cafe nearby, but it closes at 5pm. There are no street lamps around the neighborhood. Please turn on the outdoor light when stepping out at night.

As my father aged, I decided to open our doors as a guesthouse to preserve this wonderful space and share the charm of Ehime with the world. My goal is to run a "Minpaku" (private lodging) that gives back to our community while offering guests a true taste of local life and hospitality.
