Monthly Rentals in Sherman Oaks, Los Angeles

Andrew's guest house is a great accommodation for one or two people in the Sherman Oaks area. All of the listed amenities and the appliances are contemporary and work perfectly. As he has upgraded the couch from the one pictured , the interior is even nicer than the picture. The neighborhood is also very nice. I definitely will book this guest house again for my next visit to the area.

This was by far my favorite Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at. I WFH and did a long-term stay by myself for 1 month. The house itself was very safe and quiet. I had no issues at all. If I ever needed something, Daisy would reply immediately and solve the issue. The house had everything I needed for the stay. I felt very at-home! I also wanted to mention that the landscaping design is impeccable! It made my stay more pleasant. If I could use one word to describe this house it’d be peaceful. You’ll love it here, I can’t recommend this place enough!

Christopher was a perfect host!! His place was exactly what I needed this time. The place is quite small, as his ad indicates, but very very well stocked and very comfortable. There is a small private patio to enjoy. If you are looking for a great, very safe, comfortable, very clean place near La to sleep, this is great. If you’re looking for a quiet place with a view this isn’t your spot. If you’re looking for private, 420 friendly, safe, secluded, this is it.

Great stay here. Britney & Joseph are nice, friendly and attentive. Quick and helpeful responding to any inquiries. The residential neighborhood is safe and quiet with plenty of parking and nice to walk around for exercise. Close to freeway and easy to get everywhere in LA. Stand alone guest house is private, clean and quiet, with a comfortable bed and everything you need. I'd stay here again for sure. Thanks!
