We had a lovely stay at Andrews place. Beautiful quiet and safe area with walking distance to cafés and restaurants. The cottage had everything we needed, a nice big bathroom, small fridge and a coffee station. Andrew was super nice and easy to communicate with. The only thing I would say is that the outside area didn’t quite match the pictures with kids toys and such, but if you’re not planning on being outside it won’t bother you. Other than that the pictures matches the cottage!

Our stay at Suzette's was immaculate. Her two dogs were so incredibly friendly and it was a pleasure to chat with Suzette and Clarence briefly, both so welcoming. The water pressure was great, neighborhood was quiet and safe, and check-in/out was so simple. You really cannot ask for a better AirBnB and it was certainly one of our best stays on the platform. We'd love to return!

Beautiful view, clean, safe, and a responsive and helpful host. New to the area we were thankful for advice we received. If you get the opportunity to stay here take it!

Charles place was great! It felt comfortable right away and I loved the bed have never slept so well before! Charles was kind and was willing to help us when I had to keep luggage at his place longer than expected. Place was comfy and homie which I love, and the view from window is wonderful! Overall great stay and would recommend!

They were quick to answer back any questions I had and very good host !

Kate was a fantastic host and made us feel right at home! The Airbnb was spotless and comfortable, just what we needed after long days of sightseeing. We can’t say enough good things about our stay, one of the best!

Rasha is an excellent and responsive host, offering a beautiful place that looks exactly like the photos in beautiful quiet and leafy area of Studio City. There’s a great coffee shop a short walk away and ample parking. It was clean and private and the tub in the large bathroom is great too! Really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend Rasha and this space.

From the moment we arrived, we knew this Airbnb was something special but we had no idea just how unforgettable it would become. The space was not only beautifully designed and spotless, but there was an undeniable warmth and charm to it that made it feel like home the second we walked in. I had been planning to propose to my partner, and this place set the perfect stage. Whether it was the cozy lighting in the living room, the peaceful view from the patio, or the quiet serenity all around us, everything just felt right. One evening, under the stars and wrapped in the calm of this incredible setting, I asked the question… and she said yes. We’ll forever remember this place as where our next chapter began.

Everything was perfect. I was especially impressed with the view, the comfort, and the privacy. Being able to have my coffee in peace, or even to unwind in front on the tv, after a day of activities, meant the world to me. I would definitely come back just to enjoy that beautiful, quiet space. Worth every penny.❤️

Diana’s stay was just as pictured and in such proximity to this neighborhood’s LA spots. It is nestled in the hills so it has a great view both day and night with a private patio area that is a bonus as well. There are those stairs — LOL. It’s subjective. For me it worked out okay, and Diana even offered help with my luggage if needed! You will hear the family upstairs some (mostly in the day), but that’s to be expected with a lower unit. All in all, a good stay for whenever life takes me to this part of LA again. :)

There are 2 flavors of Airbnb: the 5-star hotel vs OG "stay in the host's living room" vibe. This one is the latter, full of character and quirk. I had magical moments off the beaten trail: 1. outdoor showering with a lovely breeze and unobstructed view of the valley. 2. hilltop canopy bed. majestic 270 degree views of the surrounding hills and canyons. 3. randomly seeing the fattest cute little pig ever, just sauntering down the road. However, this place might NOT be the best for someone who wants the 5-star ecolodge. If you cannot stand a spider in the corner of your (clean and well stocked) outhouse, then choose a different airbnb. If you do not like dogs with big personality who will come assertively say hi, then choose a different airbnb. As long as you get all the wifi passwords for various routers, you will be fine to connect. I had productive times myself and nailed some important work calls! "When the critics disagree, the artist is in accord with herself."

Suite was gorgeous! Nice & private & easy to locate, Mark was an excellent host! Always quick to respond with any questions i had & also reminded me of the clubhouse!

We were here for 7 days and had a fantastic stay! The place was clean and the area was very quiet with great local food spots nearby! Location was ideal for getting around LA and our hosts were extremely friendly and communicated well with us throughout our stay! If we’re ever back in town we’ll make sure to book here!

I had a great stay in Los Angeles. The property is super homey and comfortable inside but the real highlight is the garden! Make sure to check it out during your stay :)

We feel at home, a place that feels very homely with everything you need to have a comfortable stay in Los Angeles, a quiet area near attractions such as Universal and Warner. We would definitely stay here again!

Tamryn's place exceeded my expectations in every way. The pictures were accurate, and yet somehow did not do justice to just how special the apartment or its surroundings are! There were many thoughtful touches throughout: there was ground coffee, half and half, Greek yogurt and granola available in the fridge for breakfast, hand lotion and sunscreen available in the bathroom, and it seemed that the linens had been washed in scentless detergent, which I really appreciate because I'm super sensitive to soaps and scents. The apartment itself was surprisingly spacious, with a full-size bathroom and cute kitchenette and dining table overlooking their gardens. It was perfect for a weekend stay and I found myself wishing I could stay even longer. Many thanks to Tamryn and her family for the comfortable and well-appointed guest suite!

I loved staying here! Beautiful location and surroundings. I rented a car and was able to navigate up to the apartment easily. So much to do in the area and it was a great home base for me. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen was perfect for my needs. And I loved watching the horses from my balcony!

great price point, beautiful views of the rocky peak area mountains, East side of Simi valley. Plenty of wildlife to sit and observe, peacocks here and there, pretty cool! accommodations are excellent, nice bedroom, separate TV room, full bathroom and kitchen with microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee maker. Everything you need, even washer/dryer. highly recommend

Jenny’s place was exactly as described. Flew in for a music festival, and her Airbnb was close enough to the venue. Cozy and peaceful neighborhood with many places nearby to shop and eat.

It was perfect, especially as a solo traveler. Looks just like the pics. Nice neighborhood and walking distance to stores and restaurants.

Julia is a wonderful host. This is a very comfortable, spacious suite and the outdoor patio is such a bonus. Off street parking also a plus as is the lovely surrounding neighborhood.
