We really enjoyed our stay at the Poolhouse. John and his team gave clear instructions on how to find the property, and even included photos. We loved the fact that it had private, off road parking. Main entrance to the property is accessible and the property is on one level. John was great to work with and even came over to show us how to work the heating and cooling system. This is an ideal property for a couple and just like the photos.

Perfect place to stay if you’re looking for peace and quiet but also ideally located for me to visit family and friends scattered within a twenty mile radius. Everything is there, in the the cottage, for your convenience. If I could make one suggestion however, for people like myself who have travelled from overseas, a small drop of milk to make tea on arrival would have been lovely. Such a tiny detail though and certainly did not detract from a lovely stay!

We had a fantastic stay at Lee's place. From the start, communication was clear and Lee made us feel right at home. The house was exactly as described—clean, well-maintained, and with a fully stocked kitchen, which made cooking feel like a breeze, and honestly, it really felt like a home away from home. It was the perfect setting for our family getaway. Lee went above and beyond by baking us delicious cakes for my partner’s birthday, which was such a thoughtful touch! The kids loved the large garden with a swing and slide, and the toys Lee provided kept them entertained for hours. She even introduced us to a few farm animals, which the kids are still talking about. Overall, the stay was just perfect, and we can't recommend this place enough. The peaceful surroundings, the thoughtful amenities, and the hospitality made this one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had. We would absolutely love to come back!
