We are positioned on the very edge of Dartmoor, with the national cycle path 50 mtrs from the gate and walking distance to the adjacent villages of Yelverton & Horrabridge. The annex is a converted stable block and offers our guests the comfort of a newly developed facility, with kitchenette, sofa area, bedroom space and luxury shower room. The Annex will provide you with all of the comforts of home, while you concentrate on enjoying the beauty of the surrounding area. We are bias, but love it!

The Shippon is a meticulously converted cow barn with heated, polished concrete floors, gently curving deep green walls, hand-built kitchen, warmly lit reading nooks, & natural materials. Woollen blankets, feather sofa, antique Scandinavian log burner, king-size bed with French linen & down, waterfall shower, & the softest towels. Our sleepy Devon hamlet is only lit by stars at night. You might just sleep better than you have in years.

On the gateway to Cornwall and Devon this spacious and dog-friendly detached house is perfect for getting away with family and friends. Bar-K has recently undergone a major renovation introducing a large hot tub, sauna, ping pong table, cinema room with surround sound and PS5 and games room which includes a full-size pool table and table football. There is private parking for 6 car cars with an EV charging point and the outside space includes a huge decked area and a large secure garden.

An idyllic rural bolthole within a wooded valley located close to the Devon and Cornwall border, ideally situated to explore the whole of the Westcountry. 2 miles from Yelverton (local shops) and 8 miles from Plymouth. The choice is yours to relax around the wood-burning stove, escape to the wilds of Dartmoor and beyond or enjoy a local cider in the 16th-century pub opposite.

The Forge is a unique place full of character set at the edge of Dartmoor and only 2 miles from the market town of Tavistock. The Forge is a great place for cyclists and walkers, or if you just want to get away from it all. The Cornish Coast is not far and the city of Plymouth full of history is just a short car journey. Tavistock has the markets and lovely cafes and restaurants. The Forge has a log burner to snuggle up next too on those chilly evenings and a garden to enjoy.

Dunstone Cottage

Relax in rural tranquillity. Ideal for country walks, with the Dartmoor National Park on your doorstep. The river Plym only minutes away. Local good food pub a mile away. SITUATION AND DESCRIPTION A delightfull Apartment tucked into a quiet corner in a small village on Dartmoor's western fringe. Dousland lies just to the east of the larger centre of Yelverton where there is a selection of shops including a supermarket, butchers, doctor's surgery, post office, garage, hairdressers, pharmacy, public house and estate agent! Dousland borders open moorland with Burrator reservoir within a couple of miles.
