So enjoyed our stay here - the space is super convenient and also conveniently located. Jane is an incredibly thoughtful host and provided extras like beach chairs/towels, makeup wipes, q tips, and other hygiene items, etc. - just lots of things that you don't realize are so helpful to have until they're there! She also included lots of recommendations and information via the app and in the suite. The beds, especially the loft bed and pillows, were super comfortable. Definitely would stay again!

I can not say enough good things about the stay I had here. What a great place. Everyone I met here at the complex were so nice and friendly. The pool is amazing and the view from the back decks are unbelievable. Ending my day sitting out there overlooking the golf course and the Intracoastal waterway was such a highlight. Linda was amazing! Always responsive and very knowledgeable of the area with great suggestions on where to go, what to see and great spots to eat. The unit is as described and very well furnished for long term stays. I would absolutely stay here again!

Kate's Place has been my go to place to stay when vacationing in Southport. Kate is a thoughtful and friendly Host. Kate's Place is perfectly located from downtown Southport, the Ferry to nearby Bald Head Island and Wilmington. It is only a short drive to Oak Island. Kate's Place is a perfect place for a single visitor. I always feel right at home.

My daughter and I had a wonderful stay! The house was perfect and had the charm and feeling of home. If you are visiting Ocean Isle Beach or the surrounding area, this is the perfect place to stay. Very affordable, quiet and only a short drive to everything you need or want to visit! Thank you Barbara and Brian!
