Beautiful house, with loads of personality, It would be perfect for a family or a group of friends visiting London. The entire house has been recently renovated. Family room It has a large sofa and a vintage armchair. Kitchen Large kitchen with a long skylight. Kitchen has all the necessary appliances one would need including brand new appliances: Dishwasher, Oven, Extractor hood, fridge/freezer. Brand new plates, cups, wine and champagne glasses. Seating area has an antique pine dining table and 6 chairs. Utlity Room Connected to the kitchen by sliding door there is a small utility room with a wash-machine & drier, and space to dry clothes. Garden Huge bespoke bi-folding doors leading to Private Terrace & garden, with a door that opens straight to Mile End Park! Webber gas barbecue available for use. WC WC near Kitchen with a sink 1st Reception Room Cozy room with triple bay windows & high ceiling, large 3 seat sofa, armchair and a working stove (fire place) to add charm, another option for warming you up in this winter. 2nd Reception Room (formal dining) Amazing room with high ceiling, with a vintage 16 bulbs chandelier that adds personality to the space. A designer tulip carrara marble table with chairs, this is a perfect place for a special dinner with candles! There is also a vintage drinks cabinet, chest of drawers and cabinet with loads of interesting accessories. 1st floor Front bedroom: 2 Single Beds, chest of drawers, small sofa, and loads of natural light by 2 windows (one of them are triple arched) 1st floor Rear bedroom: Kingsize Bed, Wardrobe with drawers, sink and a private balcony with view to Mile End Park. 1st floor Side bedroom: Kingsize Bed, armchair, chest of drawers and a cot 1st floor Bathroom: fresh brand new bathroom with bath with shower. Guests will have access to the entire house. I will always be on the phone to answer any questions or help. The home is located on a quiet street right next to a nice park for a refreshing morning walk or winding down in the evening. There are a lot of local shops, restaurants, and takeaways just a short walk away. The home is just a 3 minutes walk to Mile End station (central line, district line and hammersmith & city line) - you will never have a problem getting around London. You can be in central London in only 15 min!

In the heart of London’s coolest market, restaurant and boutique shopping area but with the peace and comfort of a garden and quiet home. Brick Lane and Columbia Road markets are a minute away. The area is packed with art galleries, reknown for its clever street art and is a foodie’s heaven with brilliant restaurants for every taste. Downstairs in this light-filled modern home is one large open space, with folding sliding doors that open onto a leafy green garden. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for easy cooking and a spacious seating area great for entertaining or just relaxing. One wall is floor to ceiling bookcases, and there’s wireless broadband. There is a downstairs loo and one bathroom upstairs with bath and shower and another toilet and also washing machine and dryer. Two double bedrooms sleep four very comfortably – one bedroom has two single beds which can be made into a kingsize bed and the other bedroom has a double bed. For longer stays, clean bed linen and towels are provided weekly. Additional cleaning can be provided if required, at extra cost. Transport links: Shoreditch overground station. Constant buses go to Liverpool Street and Bethnal Green Stations, otherwise it’s a ten minute walk to Liverpool Street and Old Street stations. Bus 55 goes directly to the west end or it's ten minutes on the tube to Oxford Circus. The No 8 bus from Bethnal Green Road goes to the nearest point to Victoria Park. Handicap Accessibility: Downstairs is accessible through back gate and large opening doors.
