There is an end apartment on the 1st floor and contains entrance hall, 3 bedrooms, bathroom/laundry room, living room and kitchen with exit to the terrace. 3 bedrooms with a double bed allows for up to 6 people. Parking by the apartment. Tenant must bring linen and towels. Duvets and pillows are available. The tenant must wash out after himself.

Socket apartment in newly built cabin completed in 2020. The cabin is located 970 mh, at the top of Holtardalen with a great view of Raulandsfjell. Skiing/out The cabin borders directly on the hiking and hiking trail east behind the cabin. A great hiking terrain into the silk valley. Short way to many fishing waters and nice bathing areas. The area is known for good ski conditions throughout the winter with 150 km of cross-country skiing, 18 lifts and 49 slopes. Common lift pass and ski bus between the hauls. Cozy and well-maintained apartment in a single dwelling, with a sea view and a private patio. Nice location at the heart of a quiet construction field. Well equipped with TV, Wi-Fi, most of the kitchen equipment and washing machine. We have checked in until 5 pm due to work situation, but you are welcome to ask if you want earlier check in. 300m to store and bus. The bus runs approximately every 30 minutes to Arendal/Grimstad/Kristiansand 2km to beautiful Buøya with several great beaches. Shared entrance and hallway, own lockable door.

Easy access from E134 with parking close to the apartment. Check in via lockbox. Great location for exploring all the attractions in Ullensvang . The apartment is equipped with pillows and duvets for 6 people. Bed linen and towels are not provided, my guests must bring their own or rent by appointment and wash out upon departure.

Extremely versatile property that is great for singles,couples,couples and families with children. Can also fit workers. Bed linen is ready,but must be left on your own.
