Cute Small simple apartment, 2 rooms ( 32m2) in the HEART of the UPPER DISTRICT in Sète. Ground floor of a townhouse, with direct and independent access, a 10-minute walk from the center , market house and already on the sea side! Ideal for discovering Sète on foot, you are 5 minutes from the port (direct access by a staircase) from the marine cemetery and the Paul Valéry museum and right next to the mythical "Café Social". I will be happy to give you plenty of good gourmet and/or unusual addresses!

In good weather you can also enjoy two private terraces with garden furniture. Parking is available inside the property. Breakfast is optional and served in the studio.
