“A beautiful, comfortable and special cosy cottage, located in one of the most beautiful places in Cornwall. The views were amazing, the location just perfect for enjoying Marazion, St Michael’s mount and other jewels that Cornwall have to offer. Information regarding the cottage and our stay was perfect and the local knowledge and information provided by Peter and Sally ensured our stay was memorable. The bed was so comfortable, the cottage extremely clean, homely and a beautiful eclectic mix of quaint furnishings. Would definitely recommend a stay here and whilst there a visit to the Fire Engine pub and the Godolphin Arms, both very welcoming of dogs too. The cottage is perfectly equipped for eating in and the view is so soul satisfying... thank you Peter and Sally, one of the most special weekends of our lives”
Our home is in the heart of 'Poldark Country' in West Cornwall close to the cliffs and moors. The area is renowned for the views, the light and the open space. The accommodation is a self contained flat attached to our house with it's own separate entrance. We are in a small village with a pub and Meadery less than 2 minutes walk away. Other attractions nearby are Geevor Tin Mine and St Just. St Ives, with it's artistic buzz and beaches, and busy Penzance are an easy drive or bus ride away.
“I have given 5 stars all around including for location and style. Keep in mind the location is rural but with a friendly pub and a bus stop virtually across the street. Pretty decent bus service to Penzance and St. Ives. A small grocer and another good pub is a mere ten-minute walk away. Great footpaths too, overlooking the sea. The “cottage” is indeed as advertised. Spotless. A sense of antiquity combined with all the mod-con benefits. Great linens, patchwork quilts and extra throws. Excellent TV. Books to read. For me that is style. It was a soothing haven during troublesome times. Jeremy remained in clear communication but really things functioned so well, I rarely needed to call on him. I hope to return one day.”
Beautifully hand crafted studio space, perched above Sennen Cove. Comfortable, cosy space to enjoy complete peace and relaxation.
“Naomi’s studio is a perfect little spot for exploring West Cornwall - the photos don’t really do it justice, it is such a cosy and comfortable space. We were a little worried about the current situation with COVID but Naomi was really helpful and informative about the cleaning that had been done before and left clear instructions about the cleaning that was going to happen after. A great week away and exactly what we needed to escape!”
