A great place to stay, close to the water, great views! Very convenient to do trips to the golden circle and south coast and around Reykjavik. Thordis was also an excellent host with very good communication before and during our stay with good local recommendations. Her place was also very comfortable, clean and made us feel right at home!

The place has a great location. Our family was very happy with the apartment and kitchen amenities. The host was always very responsive for all our questions. We would easily come back and stay there.

Lilja's place was as described, clean and location was good (about 3km away from downtown Reykjavik).She was a great host - responsive and accommodating. We appreciated the early check-in.

Andri was a great host and the apartment is in such a perfect location, in walking distance to anything worth doing within Reykjavik. We arrived early in the morning and he very kindly allowed us to check in early. The instructions for getting in and accessing the parking garage were very easy to follow as well The apartment itself was the perfect accomodation for our week stay in the city as well. Super clean and the location was ideal!

This is a beautiful, very comfortable, welcoming home. It’s located in the heart of the downtown area. We really enjoyed staying here. I highly recommend it. Just be aware that it’s on the 3rd floor without elevator. Thank you Andri and team for hosting us, it was a pleasure.

Jon was a great host! Really helpful and easy to communicate with. The apartment was very nice, comfortable and in a great location. We were just 2-3 blocks from great restaurants, bars and shopping.

Would definitely recommend. Host was extremely helpful and quick to respond, giving great advice of local supermarkets etc. Furnished to a beautiful standard, very clean and all the essentials, plus more. Sadly, we were very excited to see tin foil in the drawer 😁 as this was so useful to us- our children who didn't like early breakfast, so we wrapped bacon sandwiches each day for on the go. Loved the addition of a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, all with washing tablets available. Felt like home from home and made our stay a really happy one. Thank you so much.

Fabulous property and perfect for our family of five. Very comfortable, we felt right at home, loved the furnishings and cozy beds. The location was very convenient to making day trips, close to groceries, and an easy drive to downtown Reykjavik. Nice views from the balcony, super quiet neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

My family and I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb. The location was perfect—close enough to downtown, but still in a quiet, peaceful area. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything I needed to feel comfortable. We also loved the thoughtful touches throughout the house, from cozy blankets to the coffee pots. This place made our trip even more memorable.

What an amazing place. The cottage is located in a beautigful fjord with an uncredibld view towards the sea and mountains partly covered in snow. We enjoyed our stay to the fullest. Highly recommend staying in this beautiful cottage as it is a great spot to chill, relax and have a great time with family and friends. We will be back. Thank you so much guys! Comfortable bed, good shower, nice patio if the weather had permitted. Good location for visiting the Golden Circle and South Coast. Grocery store very close.

Good place to stay near downtown.

An absolutely stunning lake side villa close to the famous Golden Circle. We used it as our base for a week to explore Iceland with friends. We were two families, with three children in total. The villa is simply stunning, so beautiful and the perfect home away from home. We all loved returning back in the evenings and enjoying the sauna and hot tub. Then the grown ups sat up late to take in the never ending sun outside, snuggled with blankets and fire pit for company. We lost track how many photos we all took of the lake. We also enjoyed our coffee in the morning over looking the lake and running the loop around the lake. Communication was excellent and Telma couldn't have been more responsive or helpful. We 100% recommend and will be back!

Loved Karen’s place and Karen was very responsive with my questions and provided helpful solutions. Loved the area and location. Got all my steps in each day. Loved Iceland in general and will be going back. Wasn’t prepared for the daylight but worked with it.

The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, even leaving us a handwritten note and it was such a thoughtful touch. also the kitchen was spotless and fully equipped with everything we needed, which made it easy to settle in and feel at home. Being escaped from the coldness of iceland, heating worked perfectly, and the cozy, warm atmosphere made the place feel welcoming and comfortable after a day of exploring. The location was in a peaceful neighborhood, and the house was spacious, giving us plenty of room to relax. Staying here made our Iceland experience even more memorable !! This was a great place, quiet, comfortable and well appointed. Fredrik was very helpful, responding to my request promptly.

We stayed at Gunnar’s apartment for a week during our visit to Reykjavík. The location was good and pretty central to restaurants and attractions we wanted to visit. We did rent a car which made travel much easier and the parking was abundant and not too expensive. The apartment itself was clean overall although some areas had some dust. No complaints here, it wasn’t a big deal. Gunnar did advertise that the apartment house(d) two cats but as someone with cat allergies I had no problem with any fur or cat dander. FYI, across Iceland the hot water is heated geothermically which gives off a sulfur smell, so don’t be alarmed. Thanks Gunnar, for allowing us to stay at your apartment during the week! Ken + Jenn

The apartment was very spacious, clean, comfortable with a lovely view of the little harbor nearby. It provided my son and I with a base to explore many of Iceland's attractions using our car rental. Getting into the city takes about 12 minutes by car and around 45 minute by bus. We opted to cook at home since there's not a lot of restaurants nearby. Generally speaking this was a fantastic place to stay and made our whole week in Iceland stress free and relaxing. The apartment also has great water pressure and lots of warm water!

Charming and cozy condo in a great location. Close to the bay an easy walk to nearby restaurants and downtown Reykjavik. Arrived in Iceland early morning and was thankful to Tanja for letting us check in early. Definitely recommend and would stay again.

The Airbnb was easily accessible and well equipped with washing machine, dryer and fully equipped kitchen. There was also a designated parking spot for your vehicle. Magnus was responsive and extremely helpful in answering any queries. Would recommend this place

Our stay at Audur’s place was great. Amenities were as described and the place was extremely clean and private. It was plenty of space for four.
