Ideal for families. 1.4km to the city centre 400m to a grocery store, bakery and swimming pool 1.2km to Grandi Foodhall, supermarkets and lovely restaurants I have a cat that leaves with me when I rent out the apartment.

This is a quiet family area, and the ocean is right behind our property with beautiful views over Reykjavík.
