The house "Eintracht" is located on Wilhelmstraße, the promenade of Sellin and is only two minutes (150 meters) from the main beach and the famous Sellin pier (see map). It is in the typical style of spa architecture at the beginning of the 20th century. century and was completely renovated in 2000. In the house is the comfortably and modernly equipped apartment. In the immediate vicinity there are bistros, restaurants and cafes. You can also buy your breakfast rolls fresh there in the morning. If available, you can also use our bicycles free of charge - you can arrange this directly via the house phone with our property managers Mr. Meyer and Ms. Leuschner. This apartment for 4 people (41 sqm + 8 sqm balcony) consists of a living room-bedroom with a built-in kitchenette, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom. Apartment is on the 1st floor. The kitchen is richly equipped (e.g. with a coffee machine, toaster, stove, oven and microwave. A dining area adjoins the kitchenette. The enclosed veranda is also a cozy dining area. Furthermore, in the living room there is a corner sofa, two armchairs and a coffee table. A TV and radio are of course also available. The Internet can be accessed via Wi-Fi.

It borders the house that we live in as a family with children on an old three-sided farm. There are no direct neighbors, lots of nature and you can make beautiful excursions in all directions by bike or car: Baltic Sea, islands, Stralsund, Greifswald, Rostock, Mecklenburg Lake District, Peene, Tollense...

If you stay in this apartment, all the important points of contact are close by. The apartment is 40 m². It has 1 sleeping area, 1 shower room and is therefore ideal for a vacation alone, for two, with family or with a good friend. There is also a fixed parking space and a cozy balcony. In front of the house you will find an equipped barbecue area. Within walking distance you can reach the beach, train station and shopping within 2-3 minutes.

Our two identical holiday cottages are located in a separate building next to our main house, each with its own private entrance – quiet and private. The sauna is right next to the natural swimming pond and can be used freely, with towels and bathrobes included. The pond is perfect for cooling off after the sauna. Centrally yet peacefully located, directly by the Small Jasmund Bodden and next to a large nature reserve.

The vacation home is maritime, with a lot of love for detail, and impresses with high-quality amenities. Three bedrooms can accommodate six people. A crib can also be set up. The spacious, light-flooded living/dining area with open kitchen offers coziness, relaxation and comfort at a high level. We rent our cozy, stylish vacation home in the quiet west of Rügen. Our daughter calls it "Familienkate Schwalbenflug" [Swallow Flight Family Cottage], and that fits. There are 4 bedrooms available for adults and children. The house was thoroughly renovated by 2020, has a modern kitchen and two beautiful shower rooms, a sitting area with fireplace and a terrace overlooking the riding stable and horse paddock.
