Es ist im typischen Stil der Bäderarchitektur anfangs des 20. Jahrhunderts gebaut und wurde im Jahr 2000 komplett renoviert. Im Haus befindet sich die komfortabel und modern ausgestattete Ferienwohnung. In direkter Nachbarschaft gibt es Bistros, Restaurants und Cafés.
