The accommodation is pleasant and the quality of the instructions and exchanges are to be highlighted . The interior of the property is very beautiful, welcoming, it quickly feels good ... and we were able to have a great time . Thanks... Jaulnes is a pretty town bordering the municipality of Bray-sur-Seine and Provins which is 25 minutes by car which allows access to the RER train station, the Leclerc, Lidl, Kiabi etc.

Perfect 3-day weekend in Chappes, for family reunions, in a very friendly villa, green, easy to access, located in a pretty village and close to Troyes (25 mins). Very pleasant and bright main room (living room), functional kitchen, large garden much appreciated: well wooded and well-appointed (many sunny areas and shade areas to choose from), quiet, spacious. We were lucky enough to watch squirrels in the morning, and listen to the singing of many birds. The Seine and its clear water, at the end of the garden, offers a bucolic atmosphere (little risk of falling into the water, but young children to watch anyway). Excellent host: very good welcome from Paul, available, responsive, accommodating, attentive to his tenants, and possibility to order various local products (homemade jams, honey, fresh chicken eggs). We keep this very good address for a future new WE as a family 🙂

A very good family weekend, 10 people, 3 generations ...... In a very pretty and large villa, a large and very well-maintained garden and varied services.... Jacuzzi, boules court, table football, billiards table, table tennis table..... Enough to entertain all ages .... and above all a very welcoming, friendly and very responsive couple to respond to our requests. We highly recommend this rental! Thank you Virginia.

We had a wonderful stay with our 3 families. Everybody could relax after our long walking tours through Paris in the wonderful house, garden and pool. Thank you so much for your hospitality Guillaume! Everything was in walking distance: food, bakery and public transportation. We enjoyed our week in Paris very much.

We had a lovely stay at Marie-Christine's manor. We enjoyed the space, the comfort of the rooms and common areas and the many amenities for both entertainment and cooking! Unfortunately, we couldn't enjoy the beautiful park because of rather cold weather but it didn't spoil our pleasure of being with family in this very nice place. I recommend it, like us, you will absolutely not be disappointed with your choice. Thank you Marie Christine for sharing your property.

Guillaume knew how to be very responsive! (The day before for the next day) Following an unexpected situation we needed a place for 13 people for the WE, it went very well, the accommodation is great, rather well equipped! We would go back much later and for longer than a WE elsewhere. I recommend it and thank you to Guillaume and Gaelle!

We had such a fun time with our family! It is a great location, a beautiful house and garden. The swimming pool is a bonus! We felt really welcome and enjoyed every minute of our stay. Upon our arrival Pascaline was already waiting for us and showed us round, gave instructions and lots of sightseeing tips. The communication before and during our holiday was very good. Kudos to Pascaline and Alain! Many thanks from all of us for letting us stay in your beautiful house!

Easter weekend spent between Friends, Caroline was present on arrival to explain the functioning of the house and its outbuildings. The house is perfect for many people and well equipped also for young children or even very young, there is enough to have a good time playing pool, foosball, table tennis as well as ball games (weather permitting) and relaxing moments in the hot tub. The garden is huge with everything you need to have a good time if the weather is nice. The advantage of this house is that Caroline lives right next door if there is a problem. In the future if we come back to the area we will be sure to return. I would highly recommend it

Very warm welcome from Elodie and Rodolphe. The place is exceptional and very spacious, we were 5 families and everyone had their own space. There is plenty to do in the villa: billiards, foosball, jacuzzi, arcade game, console, ping pong table, petanque, in short everything is there to have a pleasant time. You can even take a walk in the woods safely. The dining room table was great so we could all eat at the same time; which is rare. Thank you +++ for the delicious bottle of white and for the candy provided. We will gladly go back, maybe more in the summer to enjoy the pool. Thanks again Elodie and Rodolphe!!!

a great weekend in this large very functional house. ideally located in Normandy to visit Rouen or Le Havre and the pretty city of Pont Audemer. Charlyne is very responsive in her responses. The pool is great as well as the games room, the barbecue area. My friends and family were delighted and the 5 year old chip enjoyed with all the games and the garden it was a great weekend for my 50th birthday!! With every corner of the house everyone can be quiet, play, swim. We are not on top of each other! top weekend!

We had a lovely time with the group of friends! It is a beautiful house, with all the comforts. Everything was very clean and in addition, communication with Guillaume was super good! So definitely recommended!

Superb cottage as described and even better than the description very sincerely:) excellent address that we will keep precious to be able to return. Young and old enjoyed themselves and the environment is very quiet. Shops very close for shopping and catering almost on site.. in short an excellent address and contact with the host and his very nice co-host:)

Luxury house conforms in all respects to the description and photos. Special mention for the pool, heated to 30° C and very spacious Note, check-in on Saturday at 2 p.m. and check-out on Sunday at 4 p.m., it's really 2 days full, contrary to what is usually done (check in 4-5 p.m. and check out 11-12 p.m.) We had a lovely time, the whole family will remember

This was a great place to stay and was worth the price ! It was beautifully and tastefully decorated, with a nice kitchen with all of the amenities you would need. Spotlessly clean. Comfortable beds, spacious and well maintained grounds, and the master bedroom had a lovely view of the Seine river. The area was quiet, perfect for sleeping, but an easy driving distance to most major Normandy attractions in the region. The hosts were friendly and very responsive. Of course, the crown jewel for us was the heated covered pool, which was good-sized and very clean. We definitely enjoyed it! There's also a nice Jacuzzi in the same covered veranda. Overall, this was an excellent experience, perfect for our long weekend getaway, and we certainly be back.
