The Cottage Belmontais is located in the historic center of the village of Beaumont sur Sarthe with easy access to all services and free parking nearby. The accommodation is fully equipped as well as a terrace with a view and accessible to the river and a wooded garden. We offer breakfast on request 5€/pers. The accommodation includes on the ground floor: a living room with desk, a small equipped kitchen with dining table and a private outdoor terrace adjoining the building on its south side. One floor accessible by an internal staircase with bedroom and bathroom with toilet.
