Perfect stay , super close to the eiffel tower , close to restaurants, mini market , laundry mats. Perfect location with lots around

The apartment was exactly as described—very nice, clean, and comfortable. The location is excellent, with several metro stations nearby and plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance. Even though there are some bars on the same street, the apartment faces an inner alley, so you don’t hear any noise from the main road, which is perfect for a good night's sleep. The only minor downside is that the building is quite old, so the wooden floors in the bedroom and living room creak a bit when you walk. But if you've ever stayed in an older home, you'll know exactly what to expect. Overall, a very good stay!

I had such a special 2 month stay at Gianfranco’s lovely home - great location close to the metro so easy to get anywhere you want in the city, and lots to do in the local area with great markets on the weekends. The house was impeccably clean, super cosy and Gianfranco was a brilliant host who helped me whenever I needed - it made for the perfect Paris experience :)

I felt very comfortable in this small, cozy place! The bed was super comfortable – just the thing after a long day in town. The bathroom is quite small, but absolutely sufficient and clean, ideal for a city trip where you can travel a lot anyway. Overall a great place with lots of charm – happy to come back!

Our stay was short, but very comfortable. In a very nice building and getting inside was very easy. Nice bathrooms and quiet area.

What an amazing place !! A true gem hidden in the heart of nature. Everything is absolutely perfect: the design, the tranquility, the high-end amenities... You feel like you're in a 5-star hotel, but alone in the world. The sauna and cold bath are a real plus. A magical experience, we'll definitely be back!

Space was nice and very clean. Close to metro station and easy to get to central Paris. Would definitely recommend.

Super nice place. The rooms are obviously decorated with a lot of attention and feeling, very charming. The host, Ariane, is very helpful. Breakfast is really great; fresh fruit, fresh croissant/baguette and very extensive. Place is a very good exit base for various villages and cities nearby. Wine tasting, culinary, bike rides, castles , everything. Coming home and a refreshing dip in the pool and lovely sun loungers. Really top this, recommended and we will definitely come back!

The place is beautiful, with a nice and very bright kitchen-living room-dining room. The bedrooms are equipped with comfortable beds and the bathrooms are very pretty and well equipped. All on a quiet plot with almost no opposite, with a beautiful green space. Communication with Bérangère has always been pleasant and we won't hesitate to come back if the opportunity arises.

Only one word: exceptional!
 The house is perfectly equipped, every detail has been thought of carefully. The beds are very comfortable (it's the best sleep I've had in a long time), and the outside offers an incredible setting: a private pond, not overlooked, where you can take a boat ride, enjoy the sauna on the pontoon or swim... A real joy to live to the rhythm of the ducks, in absolute calm.

The house and environment is refreshing and full of charm! The rooms are very beautiful and the bedding very comfortable. Peaceful and sweet nights assured!! Ariane and his husband are very friendly and do not hesitate to inform us and bring us the necessary comfort to make their guests feel good. Very good stay and great hosts!

Lovely and spacious place at an amazing and lively location full of bars and restaurants. The place itself is very quiet because it’s inside a yard and it’s well protected from the noisy streets. Agnes was very welcoming and helpful. We did a late check in and were able to leave our suitcases longer after the checkout which really improved our last day of the stay. Un grand merci

Very responsive host, clean and neat accommodation, close and accessible to Carrefour market 2 min walk , accessible by bus . close to restaurants , and very well equipped accommodation, bedroom kitchen and living area! I would highly recommend it! Thank you.
