All the second floor is for the gests (60 m²) : you can live in a place almost independant ... including 1 room with one double bed (or 2 individual beds) and private bathroom, and 1 artist studio transormed into livingroom with one bed for another gest. The bathroom is shared. Breakfast is served downstairs, in the morning at the requested time and is included in the price of the room. The hosts Erik and Dominique live on the second floor. There is also a very friendly cat that lives with us.

Guest accommodation with an Eiffel Tower view is not shared, it's like a studio with a balcony. There is a bedroom area with a queen-size bed, 1 wardrobe, floor lamps, equipped kitchen, and small shower area. The toilet is opposite the bedroom. On the balcony: 1 table and 2 chairs, a space is reserved for gardening.

This room is not suitable for children young or old. I am sorry that I can no longer welcome our four-legged companions, the disrespect of some penalizes everyone .
