The house has been recetly furnished and is fully equipped. Two large rooms with open plan kitchen, bedroom with double bed king size, sofa, desk. Private bathroom with walking walk-in shower. Cozy 140 m2 house completely renovated in 2020, nestled in a green setting within a group of 16th century buildings, whose main house was built by Marguerite Goëvrot, heiress of the lands of La Coudrelle by her Father, Jean Goëvrot, ordinary doctor of the King and Queen of Navarre. 5 minutes from the village of Bazoches for small purchases (bakery – grocery store) and 10 minutes from Mortagne-au-Perche. you will be seduced by the tranquility of the place, very well preserved.

The passage of the sorcerers near Disney

The cottage, located 35 minutes from Disney by car, is reminiscent of the world of a famous young wizard and that of a medieval castle. Moreover, elements of the decoration come from castles and ancient monasteries! The entrance houses a secret passage that allows access to the upper floors... Brooms can park in front of the cottage. An "almost bus" can pick up to 4 people at the SNCF train station, depending on the schedule. (Navigo pass ok) Shops are 800 m away.

We fell in love with Perche and renovated this little piece of heaven: La Grande Maison for us and La Petite Maison for our guests... so that you too can experience the Perche Effect!

Nichée au cœur des vignes, notre maison est située à Courmas, dans le Parc naturel de la Montagne de Reims, à environ 13 km de Reims. Le gîte Les Chapitres, labellisé 3 épis Gîtes de France, dispose d’un accès indépendant et peut accueillir jusqu’à 4 personnes. Le linge de lit et les serviettes sont fournis. Une place de stationnement est disponible à proximité du gîte. Location de vélos électriques possible sur demande pour découvrir la région.
