We had a great time at Hortense's place. Very comfortable, clean, functional and charming apartment. The kids loved their little estate upstairs. Listing located in the city center. We were not bothered by the noise of the road as the windows are very well insulated. All shops and restaurants are nearby. The old Pont L 'bishop's neighborhood is lovely. I would recommend it.

A spacious apartment in a fairly peaceful area. It was very nice to hear birds chirping in the morning :) The other occupants of the building were polite and quiet. A short walk to the Le Guichet train station and a 40-min journey to the center of Paris. Could have been a little cleaner but nothing major. Kathalyn and Romuald were helpful and quick to respond. A short walk to the edge of Orsay which has everything you could need. I highly recommend the Paris Panem bakery in town which has amazing pastries. A minor aside unrelated to the apartment -- I would not recommend the closest Franprix grocery store near the Domino's Pizza as some employees intentionally try to scam you by scanning certain items twice (check the Google reviews!). This is no reflection on the apartment, but I want to let my fellow travelers know!

Thanks a lot for your stay, We had a good week. The host is very welcoming and very flexible in terms of checkout times. A quick tip for the rest of your reservations, we found the apartment not very clean, quite a bit of dust and in terms of kitchen equipment we found this very just to allow us to cook for a week. We stayed here for 5 days with our family and really enjoyed it. Everything was exactly as shown in the photos. The apartment is very cosy and located in a beautiful building. The hosts were quick, clear, and helpful in all their responses. There’s also a detailed guide with all the instructions – very convenient. The neighbourhood is quiet and pleasant, with a great location not far from Paris. We definitely recommend this place!

We had a great stay at Jérôme’s place. Jérôme was very friendly, punctual and responsive. The flat, while small, is neat and cosy, with an eclectic ambience. Something worth keeping in mind is that the flat is on the top floor of the building and the staircase is winding and narrow (there is no lift as far as we could tell), so best not to bring lots of bulky suitcases. Good location - 20-minute walk to Gare du Nord, lots of metro and bus stops close by. Overall great value for money and an excellent experience!

Wonderful view from the room! Room was clean and stocked with welcome treats! Appreciated the secure parking, tight spaces so make sure you have a small car or are comfortable driving in compact areas.

The apartment was as expected and perfectly meet our needs. The location was amazing near the town square with lots of cute shops and restaurants! Gérald was super responsive and accommodating as our original plans got messed up. Much appreciation to Gérald!

Agnès is a very friendly and very responsive host. Exchanges with her are fluid and respectful. The listing is exactly as described and photos. You have everything you need on site. You can do anything on foot Deauville, Trouville, the beach and the train station next door. I loved the contact with Agnes who will do everything to make you feel good.

I've only used hotels in the Billancourt area, and this time I used Gary's house for the first time. The indoor atmosphere was very clean, and it was a spacious enough house for 2 people. Gary was kind enough to greet us late at night. I would like to use it again next time. Thank you.

We had a lovely stay with the family at Jérôme's apartment. The residence is very quiet, well maintained and the pool is a real plus.

Thank you so much for this stay which met our expectations perfectly! The place perfectly matches the photos the setting was beautiful peaceful, quiet and the view was beautiful!! We were very well hosted, the spa was really great!! We chose to opt for massages offered by Marie Thérèse, the host's wife, just above the accommodation at extra cost and it was really able to enhance our stay!! The accommodation is also 5 minutes by car from Blois and a good distance from the Châteaux of the Loire Valley Definitely recommend!!

Our stay went very well. The accommodation is very decent and we were provided with the crib for our baby as well as the high chair. The only small downside I can note is the wifi, we picked it up not very well and the speed is not high... very slow unfortunately. concenrnat the phone network we were in H+it's the only downside of the stay
