Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Sebastian

Communications on this rental were with Sara, one of the land lords, I think. She was always quick to respond. Other than a minor shower issue, all went very well. The shower issue will be resolved soon, with Sara considerately enough suggesting it be address after our stay so we would not be inconvenienced. The house is clean, well decorated, roomy, and comfortable. The Florida room was lovely, although this rental taking place in summertime, we did not use it except for early mornings. Plenty of paper products, laundry and dish soap, towels, etc. I recommend it!

This home checked every box: Location, cleanliness, communication. The location is beautiful, peaceful and perfectly situated to be within 5-10 minutes of anything that our family ever needed: beach, misc. essentials, food. Watching two rocket launches from our dock ended up being an unexpected surprise and so memorable! We had manatee visitors swim right up to the dock 2 of the mornings and saw dolphins daily. The cleanliness was great. There is an obvious care for the home. The entire place was very clean and updated and we all felt comfortable making ourselves right at home. I especially appreciated the beautiful and well stocked kitchen that had every random item that we could have needed. The bathrooms were so nice and clean and the pool/patio area was enjoyed daily. A fantastic bonus was the excellent communication. I had a couple of questions during our stay and they were incredibly quick to respond, helpful, and did so in a very friendly manner. You can't ask for more!

We found this place very welcoming! The accommodation was nicely decorated, creating a cozy and comfortable retreat throughout our stay. Zoey is a wonderful host, she went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, and her prompt communication made the entire experience seamless. Our stay was very enjoyable. The pool was amazing! Eddie was very responsive to our needs. The home was well equipped with everything you would need. We will definitely be contacting Eddie on our next trip!

This house was an awesome get away for our family. We loved how private the area is. We hung out at the beach the most, the convenience of walking down to the sand is priceless with kids. The sound of the waves, day and night was very soothing. The house was very family friendly. The game boards, books and kiddie toys were very handy. The boogie boards were the kids favorite. We cooked in every night, ate so many meals at the big table. We really enjoyed having the one huge tv in the living room, it allowed us more time to hang out together.

Originally from the Brevard County area, my wife & I decided to spend our anniversary here. Happy to say, this island getaway was EXACTLY as advertised. Ana picked us up at the dock in her pontoon, & ferried us across the river to check in. She was extremely accommodating, offering access to a small private beach area, kayaks, & even a golf cart! The 2-bed, 2-bath home itself was clean, well decorated, & boasted a beautiful kitchen area. Cooking & eating utensils were provided, as well as an outdoor gas-grill on the patio. There was plenty of room to lounge around, with excellent fishing using the private dock. Be sure to pack enough food for the trip. If you ask, Ana would be happy to arrange a ride back for store-runs, if necessary. The water is warm & relatively shallow, so if you’re up for a challenge, you could try kayaking across like we did! If you’re in the Grant-Valkaria area, I’d definitely recommend!

Our stay at Alexandra's was truly exceptional and completely exceeded all my expectations. The listing promised a peaceful, relaxing, and restful experience, and it delivered on every single count. Had a great week at this cute and thoughtfully designed place in Palm Bay! It had everything we needed—including laundry—and the hosts were super helpful and responsive. Would definitely stay again!

Unparalleled location!

This place has it all: location, privacy and cost. Sherman and Marlena are the sweetest hosts you can ever imagine and masters of hospitality. Truly it was all the little touches that made this trip worth it: well stocked kitchen with SHARP knives (that’s pretty rare when you stay in a lot of airbnbs), the binder with all the restaurants they recommended, and all the beach gear you’d need. What really makes this place stand out is the landscaping and the deck. The large deck, multiple chairs, umbrellas, and wash stations are fantastic. You don’t even have to leave the deck to enjoy the peace and beauty of the ocean. We have never travelled to a place with an environment that made relaxation so simple. Thank you for wonderful anniversary trip.

What to say ;-) - WOW WOW WOW. 5Star Plus and best Airbnb during our Florida trip. Reaching the property, first is what you see - the bay. You will calm down and we had the opportunity to watch Dophins directly from the property and this daily. We received a couple of good restaurant recommendations from Marina and we double checked them on Google. BUT, why to go to a restaurant having this bay view in the morning and a great place to start your day with a coffee directly at the waterfront. So we decided NOT to go out for breakfast - we had every morning breakfast and coffee on the prooperty, on the water line incl. watching dolphins and pelicans. All pictures presented by Kathy/Marina/Taj are real and you will find a warm Airbnb atmosphere with many details. You have put a lot of thought into the equipment. Everything is there for a fabulous stay. Sufficient towels, parasol and chairs for the beach, ... The beach. A maximum of 5 minutes' walk away and there are 2 access points

This place was fantastic. Darlene was a very responsive, friendly and accommodating host. Everything you need for an enjoyable stay is there, lots to do nearby including great dining options. I could sit out and watch that sunset view every night. Looking forward to making it back there some day.

Absolutely outstanding hosts—friendly and so very kind & generous, offering help with absolutely anything we needed! It was a pleasure to stay at their place. They made us feel right at home. A very short drive or 10 minute walk to the beach, and they even lent us their chairs & umbrella. We had some beautiful sunset & sunrise walks on the beach. The small studio apartment is very cozy, but has everything you need, and is sparkling clean & beautifully decorated. The backyard is like a mini oasis—so full of beautiful plants. Very quiet & private. It was a delight to stay at their place! And their restaurant recommendations were perfect!

The home itself is clean, comfortable, and exceptionally well-prepared for beachgoers. From the moment we arrived, everything we needed was already in place, making our visit a breeze. We really enjoyed staying at Cheryl’s place. It was very clean and comfortable. The beach was steps away and easily accessible. The patio space at the back of the building had plenty of lounge and rocking chairs. It was a nice place to sit and watch for dolphins in the evenings. We will definitely stay here again.

Get well over what you pay for. We had two children and three adults. So we maxed out the bed limitations and still felt that we had plenty of room but would also fit just a couple nicely! No detail was missed by the host. What a relief it is traveling with kids and know there is beach towels. Bandaids. Soaps and extra soft blankets! Our trip was cut short due to an injury that we had to visit the ER. Kimberly was so so helpful with recommendations and did everything she could to have us feel at home. The neighborhood has a pool, golf course out back with a lake and we even saw a baby bunny out front. The back porch has a private view away from the parking lot. AC is cold. Wi-Fi is fast and the beds are cozy. Lots of extra towel, ceiling fans for those who can’t sleep without it, mirrors with built in lights for those makeup girlys. Water filter in the fridge which helps cut back on waste. She also has someone on sight if any repairs are needed! LOVED LOVED this place!!

We had a horrific dog friendly experience stay several months ago elsewhere, so was a bit worried! But the reviews and pictures of Michelles place looked good, but hard to recover from a bad rental experience. I would have to say her rental was so exceptional that I feel good again about renting from her again or others that rent to people with dogs. Just because I have dog or dogs doesn't mean I live in filth, and I could tell Michelle gets that! Her place was plenty big for the two of us with our dog and centrally located. I appreciated that she seemed to think of everything someone would need. The bed was comfortable as my back can give me issues at times. All in all, I would highly recommend this home away from home!

Absolutely loved our stay! The place was beautifully remodeled and everything was squeaky clean — you can tell a lot of care went into preparing it. Fully furnished with everything we needed, it felt like a home away from home. What really stood out was the easygoing check-out process. Olga made it clear that she wanted us to enjoy our last hours without stressing about cleaning or following a long list of rules. That kind of hospitality makes all the difference. Highly recommend!

What a beautiful little bungalow! perfect area right on the beach, included a lot of amenities like beach towels, chairs, boogie board, beach umbrella and sand toys for kiddos. My family and I had a wonderful time staying here. the chairs near the beach access were very nice too, great spot if you want to just relax while looking at the ocean. I highly recommend this airbnb. lots of great food places nearby too. across the street is a great ice cream shop with a drive through, down the street in Morning Glory (AMAZING breakfast spot) and if you want to order in for dinner Long Doggers is a great option. the location is great, close to Melbourne, Merritt Island, and Cocoa Beach peir.
