Gina is a great host. The unit was scheduled for an external maintenance by HOA without exact schedule dates. When the work was begun Gina voluntarily arranged a new unit nearby to move in fear of noise and obstruction of the view for us. The remainder of the stay at the new unit was equally fantastic. She even refunded a portion of money for the inconvenience!!! Amazing and very responsible host! Highly recommend!

My third time staying here. I actually said to my sister, it feels like we are coming home! Everything you need, close to stores, downtown, and beaches. Go to dog beach! Highly recommend this 2 bedroom!

We had a great time! We were looking for a view and to be near a space launch. We enjoyed the peaceful sounds of the waves, while laying on a soft comfy bed. Wish I could live there. Though the weather was not as amazing we felt safe and cozy. Thank you for everything and we hope to visit again with better weather.

My stay at Erika’s was wonderful! I was traveling alone . I met Erika and her husband the first day I was there. They are such a kind couple and have made their home into a beautiful place to stay when in Vero Beach . The place is part of their home , like a mother n law suite. Was the cleanest place I have ever stayed . Was so peaceful! If I needed anything or had questions Erika responded immediately. Even enjoyed fresh eggs from her chickens. Hope to stay with her again in the near future! Thank you Erika for making me feel so welcome .

Enjoyed our stay at Bev’s Beach Bungalow, friendly host, and very responsive! Would highly recommend.

We were in town for 2 weeks to attend grandkids end of year band programs and this was the perfect accommodation for us. It was close to our daughter’s house and gave us everything we needed. Having the full size refrigerator and stove were nice since we ate breakfast and lunch there most days while the kids were in school and parents at work. Carol and her husband were both very nice and accommodating. I would recommend this location to anyone wanting a clean and simple place to stay.

The house and the view was amazing. The house had everything we needed plus some. Close to shops, and there were bicycles and everything needed for the beach. Watching the turtles at night was such a unique experience. Would 100% recommend staying here and will be booking again in the future. Thank you so much :)

Totally recommended, the place is close to restaurants, supermarkets, I95.. it’s private, it has everything you need for a short and long term stay. Bobby was very proactive !! Deff will come back on my next visit to the treasure coast!!

The condo was beautiful and had everything that we needed. We appreciated the fully equipped kitchen, including the Keurig. Balcony had a great view, very clean and well furnished. Beach access was a short walk through the building and down a few steps. Beach was never crowded, even on a holiday. Beach equipment and a wagon was supplied. We would stay there again.

Awesome location. Walking distance to downtown Cocoa Beach and a block from beach access. Very clean and comfortable for me and my husband. Nice cold air conditioner was great after a day of walking around in 90 degree weather 😄

We had a wonderful time at this home in Sea Oaks. Awesome location close to the path to the beach. Very clean screened in porch, which was lovely in the am for coffee. We all slept really well everyday night and were super comfortable. Would recommend to others

I would highly recommend staying here to anyone coming to Vero! This place is absolutely beautiful and the host are very responsive and great as well. We spent many of hours enjoying the view from the balcony. 10/10. I would definitely stay here again!

It was perfect for a staycation and larger than expected. A great value for any small family wanting to be near the beach. It was about a mile or so walk to the cocoa beach scene. Beds were comfy and linens clean.

Perfectly situated for relaxation. I loved that it was within walking distance to the beach and numerous restaurants. Right down the street is a pier for fishing, a community center, and playground. The Melbourne market right across the street has a great deal of international foods to try. I would stay here above any other location if it was available.

Can’t beat this location in Melbourne Beach. Legit beachfront location, the backyard is so peaceful and tranquil. Great place to seat and chill, specially the gazebo. Joseph is an excellent and friendly host. Highly recommend, would love to be back again!

The condo was very clean and spacious for 3 guests. I loved that I could see the ocean while in the kitchen. The beach access was great. There is a separate key to get into the pool area or back from the beach. The gate into the pool area was tricky and I had to play with the key for a bit before I could get it to unlatch each time. Because they take sea turtle nesting seriously, this made a late check in a bit tricky. The complex advises guests to turn off lights or close blinds at 9. This made for a VERY dark complex upon our arrival with red lighting in the parking garages. Once we figured out our bearings, it was fine after that. Not a lot of entertainment in the area. A lot of things close by 10pm. The condo is in good condition with one bathroom and the kitchen being upgraded with granite. The other bathroom is a little outdated but very clean and spacious. Some of the other complex areas are a bit outdated. Overall, the complex was safe and clean and I would recommend it!

The vacation condo is really nice and cozy. The condo is nicely decorated and it matches the pictures that are included on the listing. My family and I felt right at home. The living room and kitchen has a great amount of comfortable seating. The master bathroom was amazing with two showers. Both bathrooms had candles for the guests to light if wanted, making the bathrooms relaxing lol. The condo building and parking garage was easy to enter and maneuver around. Great location for visiting Merritt Island, Cocoa Beach and Cape Canaveral. JJ is an awesome host and he replied to our questions within 5-10 minutes each time we asked something. Check-in and check-out instructions were very detailed and easy to follow. We would love to stay again next time we come to the area!

I needed a spot to just rest between visits. this was perfect. quiet,clean, simple, comfy. perfect for my needs.

We loved the comfort & cleanliness of the property as well as the beautiful surroundings. It was also nicely decorated & contained all the equipment needed to make & eat meals. We also enjoyed its proximity to the beach and the pool/snack bar. The host was readily available to answer questions or provide assistance.

Great place to stay! Very nice little apartment on a golf course, with everything you’d need to cook. A beautiful pool that has a tiki bar and serves really delicious food! Very nice location being just down the road from all the other entertainment on the island. We will be back for sure!

Such a great experience staying here! Exactly what we were looking for and had lots of amenities. Ralph is a great host! We are definitely looking to stay here again in the future!

Tara was awesome! She responded super fast to any questions and issues and made the stay easy. The location was perfect and super private.

Everything is what was described , easy check in and out. close to A1A and US1 and close to super markets , restaurants and beaches . Great place to stay and enjoy the beach and restaurants. The place looks really new clean and neat, awesome host, and in the future I will consider coming back.
