House holiday rentals in Sebastian

Second year here, still a great place to stay. Perfect for our family and getting some work done while we visit Sebastian. The pool is great.

I came to Vero Beach to spend the weekend at the beach and the location was only a 5 minute drive to south beach park. Also some great restaurants nearby.

Gabriela's home was the perfect home base for our trip to Sebastian/Vero. It's very clean and has great outdoor space! Our kids loved the game room and the selection of boogie boards, beach toys & towels. We also loved the two distinct living rooms (kids could hang in one, adults in the other) and tons of extra blankets in closets. It's a quick 5 min drive to get Groceries and just a bit further to the beach. We had a minor issue with the pool heater and Gabriela was super responsive and quick to resolve. Highly recommend!

This was our 2nd time staying here and will definitely be back again next year, God willing! Home is always super clean. Fully stocked with absolutely everything you need and more. . Beds are super comfortable.. The backyard is like an Oasis and you feel like you’re at a resort. We got to see a SpaceX launch from the beach, which is literally just steps away. Janessa is a great host and very accommodating. We also did a 2 hour sunset sail on the Banana River with a company called Cocoa Beach Catamaran & saw lots of dolphins & manatees. They are about 5 miles down the road at the Island Time Marina. So much fun stuff to do within minutes. This is our one of our favorite Airbnb’s. Thank you again Janessa for another great year. 💕

This home checked every box: Location, cleanliness, communication. The location is beautiful, peaceful and perfectly situated to be within 5-10 minutes of anything that our family ever needed: beach, misc. essentials, food. Watching two rocket launches from our dock ended up being an unexpected surprise and so memorable! We had manatee visitors swim right up to the dock 2 of the mornings and saw dolphins daily. The cleanliness was great. There is an obvious care for the home. The entire place was very clean and updated and we all felt comfortable making ourselves right at home. I especially appreciated the beautiful and well stocked kitchen that had every random item that we could have needed. The bathrooms were so nice and clean and the pool/patio area was enjoyed daily. A fantastic bonus was the excellent communication. I had a couple of questions during our stay and they were incredibly quick to respond, helpful, and did so in a very friendly manner. You can't ask for more!

Lovely home that felt and looked very clean, had everything we needed to feel at home, away from home. Stephanie was very responsive and very courteous. We had several last minute requests and she was not only accommodating but very kind and easy to work with. Would absolutely stay here again!

We loved our stay! Grandkids loved the pool. I practically lived on the back patio. House matches pictures and description with many thoughtful extras. The coffee bar is best we've had at an Airbnb. We used the beach chairs, umbrella and kids beach toys for a fun day at the beach. Kitchen was very nice, and family room is huge. Communication was very good. House is on an acre, trees/bushes by the pool for privacy. Many restaurants and shopping within 10 minutes. My wife and grandkids even drove to Disney for a day.

This place was a gem. The location was great, the pool was wonderful, and the house was as described. There were extra touches that really went above and beyond—all the amenities, the multiple options of coffee machines, the numerous bath and beach towels—everything was so well thought out for a comfortable stay. The host was very responsive and helpful for anything we needed. I would highly recommend this place for families looking for a nice stay in Vero Beach.

Modern home, spacious, and easy check in/out.

This was our second stay here in as many months. We absolutely love it. Julia is always responsive. The house is clean and neat and it is easy to get to places from there. I highly recommend Julia and her house. It feels like home away from home.

We had a great time staying at Andrew's place. When a few things didn't exactly match our expectations, the hosts went out of their way to make things right immediately. The property and house are fun and beachy. Our kids loved the pool!

Tracy’s place was exactly what we needed for a few relaxing days away with our Boxer, George. It’s located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood with plenty of walkable streets, perfect for daily strolls. The home itself is beautifully decorated and thoughtfully stocked. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and enjoy meals in, and the bathrooms were equally well-equipped. Everything was so comfortable and well done, we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. The pool and hot tub were highlights. We spent a lot of time enjoying both, and we loved grilling out a few evenings during our stay. Tracy was a wonderful host; she even checked in after our first night to make sure we had everything we needed. We really appreciated the hospitality and personal touches. Highly recommend!

This was my second time staying at Grant’s place, having stayed there two years ago. I would stay there every time if it were available. I don’t think there’s a cleaner, more comfortable accommodation in Sebastian for the money.

This was my 1st AirBnb and it was absolutely Amazing! Erin was kind, and answered every question I had and accommodated my family and I throughout our stay. Aaron, one of the property managers helped me to park my boat and showed me everything I needed to know about the water in the area. the house and property is a paradise, the house is clean, the yard and new dock are amazing. This whole experience has exceeded our expectations and I am 100% going to keep reservations throughout the year even if for just a long weekend! I only live 30 mins away from here and the ocean is 15 minutes from my home, so for me to say this is a paradise says alot!! John’ place was very nice to stay at, the only down side was the swimming pool was green . But we let him know right way and the pool guy was there the next day. and the pool was sparkling after he clean it .We were there for Vacation to relax , and had fun we did just that. Great stay in a quiet neighborhood. Few minutes from Publix and 10 minutes to a beach. The house was well equipped with anything you may need for your stay. The pool cleaner came Wednesday around 11:30, only took her 10 min and she was on her way. We had a great time exploring Vero beach

This house is absolutely beautiful and so peaceful. We really enjoyed our stay. The pool lanai was awesome and it was cool watching tv outside in the pool. My family is from NH so we could never be able to do something like this. Eddie was very informative and knowledgeable. So much so we didn’t even need to reach out to him for any questions. Very pleasant to deal with for checkin and check out process. Would definitely rent this house again in the future. Thank you for a great stay!

Our stay at Lindsey's home was perfect for our family. The house was clean and well stocked with towels and fresh linens. There were toys, highchair and pool toys that our grandsons really appreciated and made their visit to Florida even better. The house was spacious for the 6 of us and we enjoyed relaxing together after busy days at the beach and zoo. I would definitely recommend this property.

Our stay was truly exceptional! From the moment we arrived, the property offered a serene and relaxing escape. The home is beautifully designed, and the recent renovations make it absolutely perfect for a beach getaway. Our only regret was not being able to stay longer, but we’ll definitely plan for a longer visit next time! A huge thank you to Craig and Doreen for creating such a perfect retreat.

beautiful house inside, and very well kept! lots of amenities too. the spaciousness is great for families and accessible features were greatly aappreciated! pool was lovely and lanai area was wonderful! I would recommend to older families who want to lay low and families w kids who will love the pool!!

We will 💯 stay here again. DeLin was very easy to get ahold of and responded in a very timely manner especially for it being a holiday weekend and we booked last minute. The house was very comfortable and clean. The location was within minutes of places to eat and boat ramps but still quiet.

We had an enjoyable 5-week stay at Amber's place, working remotely. The house is comfortable and met our needs nicely, with two desks in different rooms, and a strong wifi signal. The kitchen opening-up to the living room provided a spacious feel, and the living room furniture was comfortable. We ate most of our meals in the "library" off of the kitchen, and the bookshelves were well stocked with a variety of books, board games, and puzzles. The screened room in the back was spacious and provided easy access to the fenced-in backyard. The neighborhood is quiet, the houses are well-kept, and we especially enjoyed walking to the nature preserve less than a mile away. The local beaches are clean and quiet, and less than a 20-minute drive from the house. It was a plus having access to the 2-car garage, and the cherry tomato plants in the back yard kept us supplied with delicious tomatoes! Amber was a great host, and went out of her way to accommodate an unexpected change in plans.
