Monthly Rentals in Seaside

We had a great stay here! The location of the house is perfect and is just a quick walk or bike to the beach and town. Allison did a great job communicating with us during the entirety of our stay. The only thing that was less than ideal was that we did not realize the RV space was on the same lot as the cottage, as well as the pool that is being constructed. So this just left a little less privacy as you only have the cottage and often there were people out and about in the "back-yard". This was a small thing (that we did not realize prior) and Allison was super helpful with communicating when there would be construction. The cottage is adorable and super well done which we loved. The hosts are super kind and we would definitely come back!

This was our second year staying here. We love the location and quiet street. Great for our little kids. The house and pool were very clean. There have been a few minor things (loose door, sink slow to drain) but the host has always been very responsive. Great value given the pricey area. We plan to come back next year

We loved everything about our recent Spring Break vacation. The location was fantastic! It was perfect for our small family. The home had everything we needed and we had zero complaints.
