Holiday rentals with a patio in Sea of Japan

Very good value for money, walk to Nagahoribashi 450m, next door is 711, opposite direction Nipponbashi 800m, overall located near Shinsaibashi, very convenient.I live in Japan, and have stayed in many homestays, this homestay is highly recommended, and my friends go down to a and not much money, the focus is more comfortable than the hotel, and the facilities are fully equipped, and I can cook my own meals.🍳

The room was very clean and a pleasant stay. Also, since it was a high floor, the view was very wonderful. Since I could walk to the downtown area, I could enjoy the Susuki area without worrying about time. Shingo offers a variety of services and seems to have some recommended restaurants, so I would like to stay there next time. It's not enough for one night. The apartment has plenty of space and we liked the two rooms, 2 TVs plus balcony. Divider can provide privacy between bedroom/sitting and kitchen/dining rooms. Location was great for us close to Sensoji and shops and markets. We could easily walk to the river, Asahi headquarters and also Ueno park. Trains to anywhere within 400 to 800 metres. local bars and restaurants all over the place. Host sent excellent recommendations about local area when we booked and followed up just before arrival. Very secure building. Fridge and freezer, washer/drier, microwave and cooker, coffee machine etc plus great trash and recycling system with 3 bins and overflow bin so easy to keep the place tidy over 5 day stay. Also the place looks good, modern and clean and all furniture and bedding very nice. The balcony is a great feature as well. Gives a bright outlook, you can eat or have a drink outside on the chairs and table, and I could see Tokyo Sky Tree as well :-)

Great home stay with all the necessary amenities available. Less than 10mins walk to Dotomburi and Nipponbashi station. Counted almost 7 to 8 24hrs convenience stores around, can get any quick meal or even laundry or cooking needs anytime of the day. Very neat and clean and everything is working perfectly. Your recommended home stay if you are visiting Osaka.

Overall, it's great, the location is great, it's one stop away from Nanba, downstairs is the subway entrance, there are 711, Lawson and other convenience stores around, there is a big supermarket, it's also close to Yongwang, it's suitable for traveling with children!

The place was very nice, the location to explore the must-see sights in the seoul was great. I definitely recommend trying this more traditional place to stay when visiting seoul. Communication was quick and helpful.

Highly recommend! We really loved our week at this accommodation. House overlooks the sea and beautiful sunset views can be seen right from the window. Parking is easy, in front of the house. Accessible to lots of restaurants and cafés nearby. Clean and baby friendly with amenities available on request. Housekeeping service is on point daily as well. Only downside I would say will be the stairs as we have a 1 year old, but there was child safety barriers available and guard rails made the house baby proofed. Thank you for the stay!

Great location, right near Kiyomizu Temple, about 15 minutes to the subway station, 5 minutes to the bus station, the room is very clean, very distinctive, the host wife is very enthusiastic, very good communication

We had a lovely 3 days staying here in Seoul. The apartment was extremely spacious, clean and well decorated. The location was great, with Hongdae being less than 10 minutes walk away. The neighbourhood was also very quiet at night. Would definitely stay here again if I am back in Seoul!!

I visited again this time with a friend from my student days.I was worried about the rain at the time, but the weather was good during my stay, and this morning I was able to enjoy the usual wonderful ocean view. The facilities were still very clean and I had a pleasant time. The friend I visited with this time was visiting for the first time, but was impressed by the wonderful view from the room. This time, I would like to bring my family. The owner was also very kind and helpful, and I appreciate the hospitality. Next, I heard that I could go to the nearby Hamakanaya by train or bus, take the ropeway to the top of Mt. Nokogiri, and then descend using the mountain trail, visiting famous places such as Jigoku nozoki, the Great Buddha, and Nihonji Temple, before returning to the facility. I definitely wanted to try it. I would like to visit again in the near future. Thank you very much!

The accommodation was prettier and more sensuous than what I saw in the photos, and I especially liked it because there were a lot of books. I jumped happily with the puppy I took with me in the spacious yard ~ ~. In particular, the annex made me feel like I was invited to a new space. I was listening to the CDs I used to listen to when I was a kid, and I fell into old memories. It's a place where you can feel good again with the host's excellent senses ~ 🌸🌸 June was so green and fresh! I think it will be great even in the winter when the snow is piled up ~ 👍👍

To be clear, the construction site was in front, so it was a little annoying, but the view itself wasn't bad, and above all, the bed and topper were very cozy, so it was comfortable, and the washing machine was equipped with a dryer, so it was so nice to wash! And it's very clean:) I had a good stay with my dog! (I think it would be nice if you put a TV. I think it would be really better if there was a TV!)

Liren was an amazing host, responsive and had very easy to follow instructions for both check-in and check-out. The space was overall clean, a tiny bit busty near the blinds of the where the bed was but nothing to worry about. Unit was really worth it for the price, especially since it was a 7-8 minute walk to Dontonburi.

This stay was perfect! Comfortable beds, great space, kitchen with everything you would need for a few nights stay. The area was very walkable and quiet with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The station was also very close, which was great for getting around Tokyo quickly! Would definitely stay hear again.

This was such a good place to stay in for me and my friend! The location was great and just a short walk from the train station. There was plenty to do in the ikebukero are and lots to do after taking the train to other places. Place was nice and clean and the owner was very responsive! Overall great place

Very cozy house in a clean neighborhood. My family really enjoy the quietness and privacy. It’s a new and full-functional home. Not located in center Tokyo, but just 3 minutes walking to train station and fast to Shibuya by express line. Erin also gives many useful guide in Tokyo for us.

I had a good stay for 3 nights and 4 days ~ I was so satisfied that the accommodation was so neatly done ^ ^ It was a limited stop from Namba Station, and it was nice to be able to walk to the restaurants and zoos we were going to. If there was a little regret, there was no clock, so it was a little uncomfortable to check the time ~ Apart from this, I was very satisfied ~ If I have a chance, I'll book the accommodation again on my next trip.😀 Thank you ~ ~ ~
