Holiday rentals with lake access in Sea of Japan

I forgot my daily life and had a wonderful time relaxing from the bottom of my heart. This is a trip with a couple.The goal was to take a leisurely time away from normal life and work.Before you leave, can you change your mind?I was a little worried, but the moment I arrived at this inn and entered, my concern disappeared. The inn was very clean and spacious, and I felt the warmth of a relaxing wood.When I went out and came back, it was a healing space where nature and the word "I'm home". There were not many plans for sightseeing, but thanks to the information provided by the host, Elise, and the guidebook at the inn, we went to nearby hot springs and enjoyed the beautiful scenery from the top of Lake Toya jogging and Mt. Usu. Thanks to Elise and this wonderful place to stay, we had a really relaxing and memorable time.Thank you very much.

A very spacious and affordable place in a nice traditional style house. The hosts were really helpful especially in sourcing a cot for us ASAP when we discovered there wasn’t one (an airbnb translation issue, not their fault). It’s a good base to explore from by car but the immediate area doesn’t have much open outside of the summer (except for an excellent tiny Taiwanese place right round the corner!)

Shizuka was helpful and flexible with our check in time, she made sure the home was clean and comfortable for us, I highly recommend this stay

The place was really good to stay at. If you're staying in Winter and Spring where the weather is colder, walking to the accommodation would be great! As the walk from the nearest train station is quite a distance, might not wanna do it during summer. But the place is really cozy and homely. Facilities and amenities were great too!

We loved the traditional style of the home! We wanted to stay away from the touristy areas and get a feel for real Japanese life and this place was perfect! A short train ride from Kyoto, the area had a nice grocery store and local restaurants near the train station and a great entertainment area near the lake. The area was very quiet. Communication was great and home was very clean. We will definitely stay here again when we return! Highly recommend!

Host was accomodating and responsive. The place was clean and spacious, more than enough for the trip. It was also relatively near the station which was convenient.

What a great place to stay, very near to Kawaguchiko station. Can see Mount Fuji from 2nd floor. If I may, maybe the owner could prepare complementary coffee or tea. Otherwise all is well.

It was a beautiful place to stay in and we also had our own Parking lot. I was very happy when we got a book and a map of different activities and placed to eat.. helpfull and was always ready if you need something. i would recommend this place and u even got free bikes there so get that bike and drive around the town

It's close to the station. It's about a 10-minute walk away, and the view is delicious!! The view of Seokchon Lake at a glance was the best! And since the promenade around the lake is right in front, it's good to go on a night walk. If you walk and look around, there are many restaurants in Bangi-dong, but it is easy to get to. I was so satisfied. I'll visit again next time I come!

The accommodation is large and the view is really good. You can see the lake and the cherry blossoms. It's cozy.

I would love to stay there Thank you very much. It's very clean and well equipped. We had a comfortable stay. If you only bring ingredients for the barbecue, You'll have everything you need to know. Personally, there was a bonfire. I thought it was different from the rest! I would like to stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay at Loris Cottage. The place was clean, tidy, and fully equipped with everything we needed for cooking and daily use. The highlight was waking up and having breakfast on the balcony with a stunning view of Mount Fuji—truly marvellous and felt almost unreal. We also enjoyed walking and using the bicycles provided to explore around the lake, which made the experience even more special. The only challenge was accessing the main area, as it required climbing quite a steep staircase. It might be tiring for those with heavy luggage or for elderly guests, so it’s something to consider. Aside from that, everything was excellent and exceeded our expectations. The peaceful atmosphere, thoughtful touches, and the unforgettable view made our stay truly memorable. We had a great time and would absolutely love to return if we visit Fuji again in the future. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a scenic and peaceful getaway.

The Pillandic sauna was really the best. I was able to do Nintendo Switch, so it was really nice to enjoy with my friends. The bathroom was really clean, and it was so good that it was really hot when the boiler was turned on. The bedding was so clean and smelled good And most of all, the owner was kind and treated me like a mother, so it was warm and nice! 100% chance of revisiting!!

I came on my last healing trip before my friend's military enrolment. It was the best. The house was so pretty and the air was good. Thanks to the facilities suitable for barbecuing, and the owner who is kind and always responds quickly, young people in their 20s enjoyed it without hesitation. Whether it's a rental car or a car, it seems like a car is a must, and it'll be a little easier if you check the grocery store in advance. I highly recommend it.

A trip with four high school sweethearts It's been a lot of time, but I want to thank you for the beautiful and peaceful scenery that gave me the time to go back to that time. The quiet and pleasant atmosphere, the valley in front of the accommodation was a very suitable environment for healing, and it was the best accommodation with plenty of things to do with good people such as barbecue facilities and board games.

I was satisfied with everything, including the beautifully cultivated garden, clean interior, and sofa with warmth.

Our family of 8 had a very unforgettable day in this very Japanese and innovative house... as soon as we entered the house was deeply attracted... it was a little late for us to arrive... but the homeowner was still very warmly hosting us... not forgetting to remind us to be careful on the way to come... because it snowed in the mountain lake that day... our family's first snowing experience was here The experience is... really mesmerized by the amazing snow scenery around... Although you can't see Fuji but get a very fascinating snow view... It's very close to the individual net red punch point of Yamanaka Lake... but this trip we didn't get the chance to see the charming Mt.Fuji... hopefully we'll have the chance to come back again in the future... and see the different beauty of Mt. Fuji... I'm here very, very very Recommended for people staying at this cozy homestay… there will be a next time only if there is regret..

The owner was very kind and I went with my dog, and he really liked it. There was also a valley right in front, so I had fun with the puppy. There were many benches to sit on, and the sound of the water right in front was peaceful:) The garden was also spacious, so I had fun running around.
