You will stay on the second floor and have two floors. On each floor we have a bathroom with shower and toilet. On the upper floor there is also a bathtub waiting for you. The balconies have a southwest orientation for a magnificent view and plenty of sunshine. A parquet floor ensures a pleasant atmosphere and you can use a Swedish stove as a cozy highlight. The apartment is located on a small plateau at 1098 meters on the sunny side of the Zillertal. Great views of the Zillertal. The whole house was newly built in 2010. Quiet location, farm with goats, alpacas, playground, many hiking trails, cycling or just enjoying the beautiful view. In winter, sledding, tobogganing, going on tours, snowshoeing. We have over 50 bee colonies on our estates, as well as many beekeeping products with tasting.

The Bluebird Base is a cosy mountain house. It offers space for 10 people and it is located at 1200m in the Zillervalley. The rooms have been furnished with great love for detail. The house offers a well equipped common kitchen. Located high on the mountain, 12 min by car on a mountain road to the center of Zell am Ziller and 7 min with the free shuttle bus to the slopes of Zillertalarena.

€3.20 local tax will be charged per person/per day on site. Right near the valley station Horbergbahn, which is in the Mayrhofen/Mountopolis ski area. The apartment is in a very quiet and sunny location. However, you can reach the center (such as Mayrhofen) in a few minutes on foot, by train or by car. The property also offers a lockable garage for skis and a ski boot dryer.

Our place is located approx. 5 minutes above Ramsau in the Zillertal. There are some great restaurants nearby. Very cozy accommodation with beautiful views over Zillertal mountains and large sun terrace. Our place is good for couples, families (with kids), and big groups.
