The apartment is located on a small plateau at 1098 meters on the sunny side of the Zillertal. Great views of the Zillertal. The whole house was newly built in 2010. Quiet location, farm with goats, alpacas, playground, many hiking trails, cycling or just enjoying the beautiful view. In winter, sledding, tobogganing, going on tours, snowshoeing. We have over 50 bee colonies on our estates, as well as many beekeeping products with tasting.

The apartment is located in a quiet and sunny location in Ramsau in the holiday region Mayrhofen in the Zillertal. A hiking trail and bike path, which leads you to the amusement park and the adventure pool "Sommerwelt" Hippach, is located directly at the house. At a distance of about 70 m, winter sports enthusiasts will find the ski bus stop, from where you can reach the largest ski areas of the Zillertal in a few minutes by car.

The apartment is on the first floor of our house. The living area is approximately 44 square meters big and is split in a residential kitchen, bedroom and shower / toilet ( third 3rd person may sleep on the sofa bed). From the balcony you can enjoy a magnificent view of the mountain "Gaisberg". In addition there are satellite TV with radio, wireless, and the ski room with boot dryer.
