The flat is on the first floor with a generous balcony with a beautiful view. We offer a large bedroom with a double bed, TV and a single bed. In the living room we have dining table, TV and a sleeping couch. In the second bedroom with have a second double bed. The bathroom has a shower and bath tub. It’s situated at the south low mountain range and you can get there by car or by public transport within 10 minutes from downtown Innsbruck. It’s a perfect place for all who are looking for rest and privacy still being close to downtown. The apartment offers three rooms for up to five people at a size of 75 square meters.

The apartment in the listed old Bergericht of the city of Schwaz is located slightly elevated below Freundsberg Castle. Right outside the door is a terrace and the parking space for a vehicle overlooking the stream that flows past the house and the castle. The Bachgarten can be used with any other guests. In the summer the easily accessible stream with its small waterfalls becomes a welcome refreshment.
